I went to high hardware store for tool and screws for the license plate and they sent me to an auto part store..so I went to the auto zone on 4th plain by general Anderson and the guy got the right tool opened a 12 dollar package of screws and accessories and came outside and put them on for me!!! And then he said he wasn't charging me anything for them!! How super cool is that!!!

The store manager was a extremely rude unhelpful and couldn't be bothered. I couldnt find the cash reciept for the tool i rented. After paying over a 100.00 dollars and she treated me as if I was trying to scam them like I went in the back took the tool put all therer sticker on it and wastrying to sell it back to them. I ended up having ING to call corporate office to get them to give me my money back

I had an amazing experience at Auto Zone, thanks to Joshua. He was incredibly supportive in helping me understand which wiper blades I needed for my Toyota and graciously assisted with my key fob.
Joshua is exactly what the world needs more of. I am so grateful for his guidance and help. I even drove out of my way to this location because of his attentiveness and kindness!

Actually sooner than later, when in the past, i had issues with my last Honda Odyssey, (timing belt replacement), the AutoZone nearest where we had broke down, they had brought out the Portable Testing Equipment. It helped greatly. Fast forward 2 years, and a new(to us) Honda Odyssey, 2005, which has been greatly abused before we got it. It has a ? Parasitic Draw?? On the battery, it's very overpacked... We are trying to get it, road ready, for a 2000 mile move to Oklahoma. When I saw on your website you test and recharge, where possible, batteries. Hopefully it will help us figure out, what is draining our battery, everytime we stop. We have to remove the positive terminal, if we are going to be than a few minutes. And sometimes its already drained in those few moments. So, will be coming by again, this afternoon, and I'm sure that the service will be great, and we'll leave another fantastic review. Thank you for your response, and thank you for a well run business, with good employees and great customer service.

Daityn went above and beyond to resolve a complicated order, even doing some work on her day off, all with the best attitude. Superior customer service, and she should be applauded. Everyone else I interacted with was also helpful and friendly.

Thank you for everything I was so impressed with the two guys working especially axle he went beyond and made sure we had the parts we needed and they were on correct so we could get back down to California that day. Having a 13hr trip is scary enough. But to be honest he absolutely made us feel safer. Thank you again so much for helping two woman that had no clue what was wrong with my headlight
