This was my first time here and I will always use this store!! They were wonderful and very helpful. Professional and friendly. They changed my wipers for me and were just so kind and welcoming. Zachary Flores helped me and he is truly a great asset to the Auto Zone family. Very knowledgeable and kind. I love this store and the folks working there. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

UPDATE- This store is getting better. More products on the shelf and the staff, at least this morning, were helpful and actually smiling!
I have to give this morning's visit a 3 because although there is a self check out option that should not be a reason for customer's to have to wait when there are 3 employees on the floor. Of the 3 employees, only 1 was helping customer's unfortunately when he stepped outside to check an engine light, the other 2 employees paid no attention to anyone else in the building.
This isn't the first time and it seems when the manager is behind the counter barking orders everyone snaps to and is very attentive. When she isn't there or present on the floor it's an entirely different scene.

Terrible service. I came in with a return and what I thought were simple questions. I was treated like I was wasting the cashier's time, he was very rude, and all but rushed me out of the store. I wanted help and was treated like I was stupid. #WontShopHereAgain

Great help from staff. Went here for some spark plugs and coils, was able to get what I needed and directed to another autozone to pick up the rest of the parts that they didn't have in stock at this location.

When I can walk in a store, I'm greeted, can walk to the product I need, it's clean and organized and checkout was a breeze, it gets all 5 stars. The cashier (she, can't remember her name, sorry)was exceptional as well!

Need one wiper blade. Walked in with the old one. Miss Shelby knew the right size on sight and the model, plus approximate price. I bought it and received gratis some tips to keep the new blade operational for longer (alcohol wipe down). Then Shelby offered installation. Sure! Along the way, I and her colleague Richard both learned the trick to getting it to click into place. Thank you, Shelby and Richard.

Shoutout to Zavery and Janluis (sorry if I butchered your name) you guys in particular are what makes AutoZone the best place to go to! Your customer service and attentiveness is unmatched and you guys made my entire experience all around great! I definitely recommend this location and these two gentlemen are the GOATS of this store. Keep doing your excellent work guys!

AutoZone or should I say AutoDon’t? Customer service sucks when you do a return. If you don’t have a paper receipt to do a return, they will give you in store credit. What they don’t tell you is “Hey, you might have a copy of your receipt in your email. Check your email on your phone sir?” Which none of those 2 guys never mentioned. Buyer beware!!

Came here to buy fuel hose for my plane. The guy cut me some hose and sent me on my way. I got to working on my plane and the little angel on my shoulder says "you better look up this hose on the Internet..." I read the text on the hose, it said among other things "TOC." Turns out TOC hose is Transmission Oil Cooler hose, not fuel line. It's "fuel resistant" but not to be used for fuel hose. If somebody put this stuff in their car, in short order it would leak, leaving that person on the side of the road, possibly with a car fire. For me, the phrase "crash and burn" would be the literal remainder of my existence on Earth.
These idiots know nothing of what they are selling you. Do not expect to get what you ask for. They almost killed me.

I came here to buy new wipers for my car, and I had no clue which size I needed and how to take off the old wipers. Shelby was an angel sent from above. She recommended the best wipers for me and even went outside to help me install them. That's the best customer service! Appreciate your help,Shelby, and I believe when you have employees like Shelby Autozone is doomed for success! Thank you once again!
