Borrowed OBDII Scan tool to check the codes from my car's check engine light. Then the friendly staff point out and briefly explain what the codes meant and print out a summary as well.

I had to buy a new battery on 10-29-2024 for my truck. I was greeted by and worked with Mitch Wilson. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I was at the store for no more than 20 minutes. This included; selecting a battery, paying, removal of the old battery and installation of the new battery.

Mitch W. was absolutely fantastic helping me to change the battery on my car. He didn’t even flinch when he saw we needed to remove a cover and another part that was hiding the battery. 10/10 service.

Shelby did an amazing job . I came in bought wiper blades for my girlfriends vehicle. Was having trouble went back inside she was able to help and found the proper fitting for the wiper blades. She stayed out in the rain helping me the whole time , she went beyond customer service. Well done, thank you Shelby

Asked if they had part in store, rep said no. Went online, they had part in store. Bought part, part did not function. Return part took 20+ minutes because they needed a second approver. Booo do better

Latino or Hispanic old man that works at this location always has a problem with anyone that knows what they are buying and if you need help he is judge mental about it as well! Horrible attitude asked if they could help change tail light light bulb and his response was “is there not a man in your life that can help you” “this country is ruining our men” like shut the hell up and do your job no one is asking for his input. I ended up changing the light bulb on my own. He is a useless worker and pathetic man!

I want the manager know that your employee Taylor Kunselman went above and beyond to help us remove a battery we got told by Jiffy Lube that they couldn't remove the battery and he was able to help us. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. Please give him the recognition that he deserves
