I went in this morning to replace my headlight and taillights, Chris O was very very helpful and made sure to come out and offer to help switch out the lights. Customer service was excellent and Chris made sure to go above and beyond to help out.

My daughter and I bought a replacement battery for her car here and received excellent service. The gentleman who helped us -- I think he was the manager -- was low key, helpful, and straightforward with us. My favorite thing was that my daughter was the customer, and he spoke directly to her rather than assuming her dad was the one to talk to.
He installed the battery, including the gel to prevent corrosion on the terminals, and we were out of there in maybe 15 or 20 minutes. This is where I'm going to get my auto parts from now on!

Vincent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping me with my 2020 Nissan Altima, he went above and beyond to assure me that I didn't need a new battery when he could have easily told me I did need one. The integrity of AutoZone is very much appreciated, having employees like Vincent makes me trust and continue to be a customer to AutoZone. I purchased some fob batteries which were the main problem! So relieved and so thankful for the service I received.

Horrible customer service like other folks have mentioned. I asked for a specific fuse part, they pointed me at the isle. I couldn’t find it so asked for help again. They said it’s there. Finally after 15mins the short white manager dude came and found an empty spot when the fuse used to be.
Also, they will pull every possible BS not to issue you a refund. Very rude if you don’t have the receipt even u have the debit card and tied to ur business account. I just closed my account there and moved to O’rilley across the street.

this Vancouver location is the place to go 164th and 1st everytime I come to this store I never have problems with returns or finding what im looking for l.
This one for the boss to see YOUR EMPLOYEE RAVEN HAS GREAT KNOWLEDGE AND GREAT CUSTOM SERVICE ATTITUDE AND IS A ALL AROUND GREAT EMPLOYEE FOR YOUR STORE.

I have 2007 Silverado, I bought a remanufactured long block motor from this AutoZone. The motor only made it 900.8 miles before developing a misfire on cylinder 5. This AutoZone will not honor its warranty on the motor and tells me I need to get ahold of the manufacturer of the motor for the warranty. I call the manufacturer (Nutech Engines) and they are confused on why I am calling and not AutoZone. So I go back to the AutoZone and let them know what is going on and I just get told I need to contact the manufacturer. Here Is a picture of the piston 5

I wanted to give a big shout out to the manager at this location, Shelby. I came in for a burned out headlamp thinking I'd just run in and out with the new bulb and fix it at home. Shelby went above and beyond to help me out. She pulled out the old bulb, searched for the correct part number, and replaced it with the new one in about 10 minutes. (I know it would have taken me a lot longer.) She told me that she had no auto knowledge before working at Autozone several years earlier, but she studied hard and quickly became an expert. I also asked if this was a new store as I'd not noticed it before, but she said that when she became the manager, she cleaned up the front of the store as there was an overgrowth of weeds. I honestly thought it had just been built, it was so clean inside and out. I am thoroughly impressed with this young lady, her friendliness, attentiveness to customer service, overall helpful attitude and the pride she takes in her work. Because of her, I am now a customer for life. Thank you Shelby!!
