Don't even test your luck with calling them. They just don't answer. They answered once and put me on hold, waited on hold for 20 minutes just for them to send me to voice-mail in the end. It then took 40 minutes and like 70 calls for them to FINALLY answer. And this happens every single time I call.

My kitty had a scheduled comprehensive exam, nail trimming and a shot. We were the first people there when they opened and it took over 4.5 hrs for them to call up to pick her up. I dropped her off at 8am, at 12:30pm I called to see if she was done and they said they were JUST getting to her. So they’ve kept her confined in a cage terrified for 4.5hrs and let me re-iterate, we were the FIRST people there. It should not take this long for them to do a simple check-up, nail trim, and shot. Will definitely be looking at a different banfield from now on.

Love the staff here and love that Banfield moved into their own space. It seemed even more stressful to go to the pet store and walk through to the pet hospital. The environment is so welcoming for our pets. We have been coming here for years and we know our pets are always well cared for.

As others have mentioned, they are terrible with answering the phone at this location. Tried calling 4 times and was put on hold for 30 minutes and still nobody answered my call! Absolutely ridiculous! This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I'll be going to a different Banfield. Don't waste your time with this location, it's not worth the frustration.

I just picked up my cat from this location. I got an 8 month old from someone who did not neuter or vaccinate this kitten yet, so I took him in to get it done.First of all, you can’t reach anyone here to save a life. I went in to make the appointment. The lady at the desk gave me a price for the wellness plan, but did not tell me I’d have to pay for the first two months in advance at the first appointment. So when I showed up on appointment day, I found out it was actually $133 I owed and not $56 like the lady originally told me. Should have been my first red flag.What BOTH employees failed to tell me is that they don’t neuter and vaccinate in the same day. So I’m waiting waiting waiting for a phone call from the facility about him being ready for pickup and after 7 hours, I take initiative to call them and they tell me he’s ready and he’s been ready for hours. But no one called?! And he apparently didn’t get neutered at all?! I’m expecting to pick up a cat with a cone and he’s totally fine.The communication here between staff and customer is astonishingly poor and I will not be bringing my cat here again.

My cat had a diabetes attack this morning very early and Banfield took her in right away opening hours to check her out it was very comforting to know that she's in good hands

My poor dog has had an ear infection for a long time now we paid for the visit and ear swab testing and meds 3 times now and still have ear infection was told I’d have to pay for the whole thing again to have it treated again this place is only interested in making money and you don’t even get to see a vet only your animal is allowed in

Don't go here! This location is the worst! I'd go to the other Fourth plain loction near Sheri's restaurant. This location has horrible staff specifically the front counter/ never answered calls, had to drive there just to get a wait appointment for nail trim. Last time mixed up our last appointment and we drove there in 103° heat with our cat for nothing!! We moved our treatments immediately!

Before coming here, my dog was comfortable and friendly with vets. Since she was seen here she is completely different. She cowers in the corner and cries when a certain vet comes in the room. They claim nothing happened in the back but my dog has never been so afraid of anything. Front desk seems to never know what's going on and doesn't answer the phone.

Killed my FIV indoor only cat by giving un-authorized immunizations and not discussing the immunizations with me prior to giving. He had allergies to lots of food so picky but was otherwise healthy and had been thriving for months prior to the immunizations. After the unauthorized immunizations he declined so fast I had to put him down last week less than six weeks after shots. Doctor admitted before moving to Texas that he had given shots without knowing it wasn’t authorized. Clinic knowing they were liable for this grave mistake paid for multiple follow up appointments and medications but when that didn’t fix him and the damage they did they then changed their story. Pets are not safe here and office nearly impossible to get a hold of as referenced in numerous reviews of others on Google. To get live person to answer phone you sit on extended wait, press zero multiple times and continue holding a long time for assistance. If you leave voicemail they do not call back. Please for the life of your animal do not take them to this clinic! You and your furr babies deserve better! I miss my cat Maverick so very much!

They are not timely. They love recommending expensive superfluous tests rather than just examining. Also they called me four times today and left messages with different information. Clearly they don't really communicate well. Also when I tried to call them back many times they never answered. Just kind of weird that they have enough time to harass but not to pick up the phone. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

I am so disappointed in Banfield. They are impossible to get a hold of. Figured out why once I went back in, they leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to deal with calls. Yes front desk confirmed this when I saw the phone just laying on the desk.Got home after my Husky had surgery. Knew he was not ok that night. Called and called, was told it was normal. The 24 hour chat is a joke, when your baby is having a terrible episode you have to jump on the computer to try and reach someone to message online. They are not allowed to call you. Then they want video. Ummm hello the episode already happened, how am I supposed to get video. They have no after hours clinic for emergencies, you can't even speak with a real person after hours. The online chat gives out all wrong info. 2 of the vets they told me I could go to after hours, no longer offered that.Also, check your medications before you leave the clinic. They gave me ours then when I got home it was not all in the bottles. I went back in, they tried to charge another 100 plus. They had to go look that I did infact already pay. The front deck people don't seem to know anything, not even how to work the coffee machine in their lobby.I'm stuck in this monthly plan when I'm not ok brining my dog back to them.SHAME ON YOU BANFIELD

We are pretty gentle with my dog since she is a rescue and is really scared of people. She was doing pretty well, warming up to people, until we started taking her here. She became extremely terrified of people again (particularly adult women) and is now too reactive about getting her nails cut for us to use clippers.Support staff obviously refuses to engage in continuing education to learn about new techniques and research in handling dogs. They think they know best and don’t respect how you ask your dogs be handled. That attitude is just too risky when you don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors or what weird techniques the staff subscribes to. Are they going to roll my dog over to show dominance? Are they going to push them past their limit then punish them? Not worth it. Also they never answer their phone anyway.

If you love your animal keep them away from this place. Cannot get ahold of staff. No one answers phones. Apparently they don’t know how to send text/email reminders for appointments even if you sign up for them. Incompetent management; I worry to leave my dog in their inept hands.
