AWFUL!! I have tried since January to get a simple flea medication through Chewy. Specifically, I have tried FOUR times! Each order was canceled because Banfield off 192nd refused to approve the prescription order. I learned that when you order something from Chewy, the order goes straight into a portal system and Banfield will see the order. It was ignored/refused since January. I called and left messages and NO RESPONSE, EVER! Finally, I call and get someone to talk with and they tell me that my dogs need a comprehensive exam in order to get the order fulfilled. Okay, so I take my dogs in. AGAIN, my order was ignored, not filled, and canceled.I called in AGAIN and asked why it was not fulfilled even after the comprehensive exam. The lady who approves the prescriptions told me that they have NEVER received an order from Chewy for either of my dogs and that it must have been sent to another store. I called Chewy to find out SHE IS A LIAR because she approved it this morning! So now Banfield is gaslighting it's customers...Interesting approach.

Years ago, I started my dog at Banfield. She had a great vet that saw her regularly, and if there was an emergency, they seemed to always be able to fit us in, if not at our local Banfield, at another nearby. She's 12 now, and the experience is the total opposite. She rarely sees the same vet twice in a row. All visits are drop offs, unless you want to wait for weeks for an in-office appointment. So my dog has to stay there for hours, even for a simple vaccination, which always traumatizes her. I can't wait till our contract is done. I can't fault the individual vets. It's a terrible corporate system. This is what happens when you have a candy bar company that owns a veterinary practice.

I don’t recommend Banfield pet hospitals to anybody who actually cares about their pet. I had sadly taken my cat to be seen by them six months ago or so and I called to have his pet records transferred to another vet. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for two days I proceed to give up on transferring vets and I call because my cat has a possible urinary track infection and I’ll get a hold of someone and they ask if they can place me on hold. I say, of course being nice and then I wait on a hold for 15 minutes. They proceed to pick up the phone hang it up. I call back they pick up the phone and hang it up immediately, forcing me to use a different vet with no previous medical records of my cat. Horrible veterinary service as well as horrible customer service. It’s deserving of no stars.

I like the vet here. I get a little tired of the constant attempts to upsell me with this or that service though to be honest.I just wanted to update this review to say that this place is just SO SLOW! There was one person ahead of me this morning and it took 15 minutes to get them checked in. Then it took them another 15 minutes to check me in for the drop off we were doing. Just ridiculous. Please sort out your computer systems and check in process. It's insane.

Other groomers are exceptional very pleasant friendly people big variety of pet supplies dog cat and you name the animal they pretty much got it they got a veterinarian

Tried to call several times to set up an appointment for my cat to get a nail clipping (that would have been a free visit for us due to the wellness program). This office is next to my house and they took great care of him when he got hurt. The message, that is repeated when put on hold, tells you that you are able to take your animals in for walk in service. I got there and they told me tough luck because they only had one doctor in. A doctor doesn't nail clip. They told me to take him next door to the groomers which would charge me instead of the wellness program. WHAT'S THE USE OF PAYING A MONTHLY FEE IF YOU CAN'T SET UP AN APPOINTMENT OR DO WALKIN'S?

The disable woman was great in telling people sorry they had to wait for there animals. Great customer service. The other young lady that help me,I think her name was Lisa was very nice with my cat Izzy. Great customer service this time.

First appointment with 2 kittens with the only concern being sneezing and eye boogers in one kitten and no concerns in the other, and a request to do all that could be done for this visit for their age and weight, dropped them off at 945 in the morning, was told I’d receive a call late morning/ early afternoon. 3pm gave them a call, no answer, 330 pm call again, on hold for 11 mins, and then on the phone with the veterinarian for 10 mins insisting on up selling products and services, ask the vet “so what was able to be done today for the kittens” she replies “with the sneezing/ eye boogers and their age being 8 weeks all we did was preform an assessment and found them to be just a little under weight” showed up at the store at 350, waited in line for 30 mins only for the person before me to be checked out first, followed by my total wait time in store being 41 minutes and 140$ later.I’ve never had a buisiness or establishment be so inconsiderate of sometimes time. This is a mass market style vet aimed at providing the massive amount of minimal services and upselling products and treatments that you yourself have to then administer ?.I will be going out of my way to ensure that anyone with an animal whom they actually consider even briskly liking not to visit this vet hospital.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here.I have a Rottweiler, so I have experienced judgement with him in the past, but Dr. Bachelder and her team have made us feel so comfortable and they give him pup so much love.The gal working at the front checking customer in, was so friendly and sweet. I dropped my dog off at 9:30am and picked him up around 6:30pm and she was still there with a big smile on her face and still providing excellent customer service even after a long busy day.Dr. Bachelder is amazing. When I came to pick up my pup, she came out to speak with me and go over everything from his apt. She explained the details in a way that I could easily understand, and gave me options of how to move forward and be proactive with my doggies health. I could tell she really cares about each of the animals she sees and wants the best for them and their owner. I appreciate Dr. Bachelder and her team so much and will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who needs a reliable vet.

It felt like they were just going through the motions. They miscommunicated with me the initial visit before my dogs operation and charged me for the same visit at the same time as the operation. Looking for a smaller, more welcome vet next time.

We have been waiting over a week for a call back to refill a prescription. My dog has 1 day left, and we have been cutting the dosage down This is very bad management! Will never go here again.

I’ve been going here for 12 years. My dog has chronic ear infections. I left a message a week ago to see if I could get a refill. No response. I called again today and they told me it would be a few more days for the doctor to get back to me. absolutely out rages.!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. ?
