This message goes to the manager of this office. On Feb 20th, 2024. This office allowed a female that is in her late 40s to pretend to be me and to allow her to schedule my dog to get a rehoming microchip implant and letting her put a medical note on my account saying that my dog was rehomed, and it was a lie. They also allowed her to take my dog right back on the same day. They never let my mother and myself know that they had her and didn’t let me be able to go pick her up on the same day.I just wanted to know how a late 40-year-old who sounds like she is in her fifties can get away with fraud with a female who is in her late 30s but sounds like she’s in her twenties. This person can hold a long conversation, but I am unable to hold a conversation and my conversation only lasts for like 10 minutes at the most.I just want a copy of the recording so I can use it in court as well as a video recording as well so it could be proved that it was a fraud and I'm not the one that told you guys that my dog was rehome in the first place.

We have been patients with Banfield for 11 years and haven’t had complaints with the care of our four legged family members have received. Salmon Creek has been so caring and compassionate each time we have had to visit, no matter how small or devastating the issue was.

My dog has been sick for months with very loose stools. Vet changes food gives prebiotic, we've had xrays done, nothing has helped. Finally this last visit after spending alot of money the Vet prescribed an anti-diarrhea. Finally stopped my poor dogs issue. If that was prescribed months ago might have saved me alot of money and agony for my dog!!

I have had a lot of pets over the years and been to many veterinarians. Banfield is one of the top ones I've ever been to. They are always courteous and thorough and kind to your pet. They don't do anything that's not necessary without checking with you first and even then a lot of time they have workarounds that will save you money. I highly recommend Banfield pet Hospital to any pet owner out there who is looking for a sound place to go to take care of their pet

Service level is less than expected, for the prices charged I'd expect better care and service. Disappointment because the convenience factor is there but service challenges are not worth it.

Banfield went above & beyond for my senior dog Zoey. The vet was incredibly thorough & Dana, the vet tech, was so kind & caring. I was truly blown away at their friendliness & general concern for my dogs well being. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

I found a litter of kittens and one in particular who was doing quite poorly. When I brought them in, the response I got was “she doesn’t look well” (duh!), then they handed her back to me and said I needed to take her to the humane society. I explained that the humane society didn’t open for another 4 hours and wasn’t sure that she’d make it until then. Both the front desk gal and the vet tech sort of just shrugged and said good luck. The disappointment. I ended up driving her to Oregon’s humane society which opened sooner, but I’ll never know if she actually survived. Needless to say, I don’t exactly trust the care provided at this “hospital” and will not be taking my own pets here.

This review is for anyone who is worried about their pet:I brought my pup here yesterday because I was worried he might be constipated. They quoted me over $800 UP FRONT in order to run a bunch of expensive tests and do xrays. I left and went down the street to Three Creeks Vet Clinic instead. The vet literally put her finger up my dog's a*** and told me he wasn't even constipated. A simple rectal exam. I almost paid Banfield $800 to find out my dog wasn't even constipated because they offered me the most extreme/invasive/expensive options immediately!! They didn't even LOOK at my dog without throwing that number out there. They told me this price within 3 minutes of walking through the door! This place is a money grab. They are predatory and they create a false sense of urgency to get more money out of you.RUN (don't walk) to another vet clinic. I highly recommend THREE CREEKS instead! Thanks for reading!

I have taken my pets to Banfield hospitals since 2006. I was living in PDX, so we went to the 185th location in Hillsboro and the location on Barbar Rd. I recently moved to WA and started going here. I am completely unimpressed! The receptionists I’ve dealt with are rude and it is impossible to call and get ahold of anyone at anytime.I have worked in healthcare for >20y with half of that time being in the ED. I completely understand long waits, that sicker patients need to go first, and that sometimes staff are too busy to answer the phones. I also understand when this is due to extenuating circumstances and when it is an employee/ owner culture issue. I will likely start taking my pet back down to PDX for healthcare. It’s a pity that is place is so poorly run.At least the vet was amazing!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional Veterinarian and staff. Office is clean and nicely set up. Parking is limited since it’s in the city.

Can’t make appointments here online anymore, and they don’t pick up when you call. I guess I need to cancel my preventative care plan.

Impossible to get ahold of, they no not return calls. You can only schedule appointments (literally) months out, better not have any emergencies! No communication about pet health or responses to questions. I've been a Banfield customer for 10 years and they've really dropped off as far as quality of care and communication.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was between switching clinics coming to Banfield and my prior clinic was not quick at getting my dogs seizure medication. The vet tech ran out back while i was on the phone and was able to get a two month authorization. Thanks so much!
