We've tried to call multiple times to schedule appointments and no one ever answers. We tried to call to cancel the yearly plan we're on ( they won't let you do it online) and got no response so now we're stuck paying them for another year even though they never answer. They are useless and I am so damn frustrated right now.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! I think my dog was looked at but I am still not sure. Honestly I won't come back no one should have to call 15+ times over a hour to find out about their pet and never get an answer. Also the vet was kinda a d!ck I am paying money for your service I don't know what you exactly did to my animal. You act inconvenienced when I asked for you to come out and he walks up says I was told you wanna talk to me snarky, I said "I am just trying to know all of what's going on as the front desk person didn't know." You said "I told you on the phone..." Which he didn't tell me everything only about half and had an attitude, why type of response is that? I said yeah you told me you were gonna run tests and then let me know what's going on. I never got a call. You said he should be ready around 3 you will let me know. It's 4pm... He says "yeah when you got here. " I looked at him and said "and I'm here asking you what the results are." He slightly changed his tone but this is just not how you act as a vet let alone do customer service with animals that are having issues. Fire this guy, this shitty service if you guys have any more issues with this guy I'll gladly come and talk to him in person and tell him he's fired. I heard many people the few times I have been in there say they have been calling no one answers. One lady came in she said she had been calling for 2 hours no answer. So no I will never go back to this location.

I worked for corporate for nearly 4 years. I've seen how the hospital teams are treated. Practically forced to upsell dentals and other services. While also not getting the support they need from corporate. High doctor turnover and a terrible app that is constantly pushed but can't even schedule an appointment with. I would recommend going to a local vet over any Banfield.Another reviewer seems to have run into a similar issue; phony heart murmur. My cat has been off pimobendan for a year now. A drug I was told that is vital for her to live. She's perfectly fine. They never even recorded her heart murmur in her records. Each new doc (and she had a new one each visit) never knew about it until I mentioned she couldn't go under anesthesia for a pricey dental due to her heart. Clearly doesn't have a heart condition. I spent so much money on that medication. I now take her to a local vet in my neighborhood and she's perfectly fine. The vet techs at Banfield are amazing. They took good care of my cat. And they were always excited to see her. It's a shame that big corporate can't seem to actually care about the hospitals. So many amazingly talented vet techs that are being used and abused. There's a reason Banfield's motto is "preventative care"...MARS is just trying to make a profit

They are great; sometimes it's tricky to get an appointment because of the big demand, but their personal attention and care always make us feel welcome.New pet? Get the wellness plan for sure! It will save you $$$

My fur babies love their veterinarian. My oldest was in about two weeks ago for teeth abstraction. The veterinarian was great with communicating my dogs conditions and kept us aware of the financial cost. She tolerated the abstractions, and anesthesia well came through just fine. We came back in about 10 days, and the veterinarian said everything looked fantastic and then proceeded with getting her annual vaccinations taken care of before we left the office. Our dog handled things very well. Thanks, Banfield, for all that you do for our family.

This was our First visit at this location. Staff were friendly and moved our cats wellness plan over from. Another location. Our kitty had his nails trimmed All 4 paws! They were fast and gentle! This location is kept clean and has off street free parking with handicapped parking near the door! A plus for me :)

These are really wonderful people at this location! I've been taking my dog Buddy here since I rescued him, and they treat him like their own. Very happy with the customer service here, and have talked to many different people over the last 3 years and all have been so kind.

I’m not saying all Banfields are terrible, but this one is. The vet my dog saw almost killed her. I used this one because I moved and the Lake Oswego one was a much further drive and she was already seeming like she wasn’t going to make it. They performed unnecessary testing which cost a ton of money, put her on meds that could have killed her (all per her previous vet). I had made multiple attempts to have the clinic manager call me back and she never did. I took her down to Lake Oswego and the vet I love said reading over their notes… this vet was clearly negligent and “I hate throwing another vet under the bus…but” thankfully he was able to try something and saved her life. Had I followed the direction of this other vet my best friend would be gone today. Find a vet you love and stick to them.

My partner and I bring our cats to this Banfield and I couldn't be happier with the care receive. Everyone we've interacted with has been kind to both us and our little guys. Our cats comfort, safety, and long-term wellbeing are always their priority. They're very good about answering questions and ensuring you understand what's going on at every visit. Will be very sad someday when we move and have to find new vets.

Most modern medical facilities have learned to apply empathy to their approach. This is probably more like a McDonalds than a health care facility. Have had to go to two emergency care and one urgent care vets for service and despite the volume of emergency visits they provided a much more thorough service with better, compassionate communication. I've failed to get a hold of Banfield every time I've called. Usually wait hours for somebody who sounds annoyed to be dealing with my terminally ill cat to call back. The one time we took her in, she came back sick and we're pretty sure she just sat in a cold room overnight and got returned to us for an exorbitant overnight fee with no testing or work done. Now they won't give us the medication keeping her alive without a checkup I'm struggling to schedule between work and their lack of ability to answer or return calls. If your options are Banfield of urgent care, I would recommend paying extra for urgent care.Pet services should be pet friendly.

I hardly ever post reviews but feel compelled after todays service and interaction with this Banfield. I wish I could remember names but the team today was attentive, personable and seemed to genuinely care about my dog. Received a call from the doctor and he was happy to discuss multiple options and answer any questions regarding treatments. The vet tech (hoping I’m using correct terminology) was so good. She was running around trying to service every customer as best as she could. I’ve been to quite a few Banfields and honestly this is my go-to. Disregard any negative reviews, this location goes the extra mile.

There was very little open communication, and they were not kind to my dog. Due to my animals extreme separation anxiety, she needed sedation to perform exam, and receive needed shots. I told them this upon my arrival. For whatever reason, this did NOT happen. My animal was there from 8am - 4:30pm in extreme distress, barking the entire time. When I arrived to pick her up, I had a coupon for a free first visit as we are a new client at Banfield. The receptionist conveniently neglected to mention that I could not use the coupon if I signed up for a wellness plan until AFTER I signed up for the wellness plan. So this visit accomplished absolutely NOTHING, and cost me roughly $150 for *no service rendered whatsoever*. I’ve never been so mad in my entire life. We will not be returning. I’ve never experienced such cruelty and unprofessionalism.

This place doesn't care about your pets. All they care about is their bottom dollar. We have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a phone call back to get a prescription refilled.

More increasingly terrible customer service at this location. I went there. Nobody was at the desk for five minutes. Then I was told that if I wanted to cancel my Optimum Wellness Plan, I needed to call 1-888-649-2716. What an experience this was. Sherry or Cheryl (could barely hear on the connection) answered and was nothing but rude (as expected for every Banfield employee). Even though I set up the account and it was merged with my wife and my credit card is on file, she would not allow me to cancel or remove my credit card on file and that my wife had to call. In fact, she told me that if I took my credit card off the account, I could be taken to collections, even though I am on the account and they charge my account every month. I asked to speak with a supervisor to relate not just the rudeness but the utter ridiculousness of the policy, to which she refused and asked if there was anything else she could do. This place is such a scam. I feel bad for most of the people that work there and actually do care about pets and customer service. AVOID Banfield at all costs.
