Sat 1:59pm- customers rushes in from his work truck and the teller hollers across the bank, "sorry were closed". I look up and see it is 1:59 on their clock and my cell phone. The guys says "ma'am please I just rushed here and youre the only ones open on Saturday". She is rude as can be "no we can't help you because it's 2pm and that's when we close". I watch their clock land at 2pm right then I stand up for the guy and say " aw come on, it's not past 2 and he came in at 1:59", she rudely shrugs and ignores the guy and me then rolls her eyes!! Wow!! This bank is so horribly managed that it's employees are just mean and spiteful. Obviously under horrible management.

Worst experience the woman at the counter is rude and definitely doesn’t know her job. Never open accounts at this bank you will be disappointed!

I unfortunately have to deal with this bank to deposit checks for my landlord. Last visit in I was tenth in line while they had two tellers working with approximately another six employees in the building. I overheard two of their personal bankers telling stories and joking around while I waited in line. When I finally made it to a teller she was very professional and handled my transaction quickly. Too bad it took me thirty minutes to get to that point.

Won’t cash checks for over 3k even if it’s from Bank of America it’s self.. shouldn’t be a problem to give a person the money on your businesses check with your bank name on it seems to me they won’t even give people the money that the check was a addressed from… great way to do business

First of I had to leave a review I'm not a member of this bank but Jacob the teller was very friendly and kind my company uses Bank of America for payroll so I was cashing a small reimbursement check and had trouble cashing it elsewhere. Jacob took care of it for me and was able to cash it right away.

This location only has a drive up atm service, no window teller service so have to go inside.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called in to get a bank confirmation letter and the manger didn’t want to provide it for me saying some third party company does it for them. I wasn’t able to create and account with them so now I can’t work with a company because this manager doesn’t care about his customers. I called another branch and they were happy to help me with that.

Won't bank I've experienced. There parking lots are always so full you can park because there's only 1 person actually working. Horrible customer service and this goes for all locations

One teller and ten people standing in line. Turned away because they can't help only with basic transaction at the only one branch opened on Saturday.

Went into the bank to close one of my checking accounts, come to find out the teller told me I had to call customer service to get it taken care of. I called CS and asked them to take it off, they said that they would remove it and now I’m at the bank today to get it taken off. Come to find out another branch told me the tellers could also remove it. So I wasted gas and time just because one of the tellers was to lazy to do their job.

Absolute garbage. Been with BofA for over ten years. Can’t ever help me and have frequently been left with zero solutions when I do call. Need a check? Too bad. Can’t get someone on the phone let alone ask if there is any easy way to buy a single check (or just a few in an emergency event). Been on hold for 30+ minutes because there isn’t an option for my question so I guess I have to wait longer. Called this branch but was consistently forwarded so I called BofA customer service. Still no answer. Ready to take my money out and put it in my credit union account. At least they seem to care. Bank of America sure does not. Go anywhere else. Save yourself the extreme frustration that Bank of America is the best at giving.
