Never in my life have I been treated so horribly. Ashley was highly unprofessional. I opened an account online and deposited my payroll check. Their system released my funds and the next day the froze my account. No one called or emailed. I had to call for any update to my account. Then the locked me out of online banking so I couldn’t see if anything had changed. She kept telling me “if the check doesn’t clear” I work for a large company so I knew the check wouldn’t bounce. I waited another week, and still no call even though she said someone from the 164th branch would. I called this morning and guess what, the check didn’t bounce but they said they “received approval from the fraud department to close my account”. By the time I got from my house to the branch they had closed the account without me there. Again, horrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted or anything. Just threw some paper at me and said I could cash the cashiers check if I wanted to and she left. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

Very much disappointed in this location. Card was stolen so I got a new one and didn't know was in negative until later. Bf transferred me money to be out of negative, so I get a card and right after the person who gave it to me cancels it. Not even a call or nothing. Tells me I have to come get new one. Although I live in Portland this is closest one to me. Disrespectful to not say anything while I'm getting my card. Like it wasn't already enough I had to wait all weekend to even fix my card problem

Leaving a bad review is usually my last resort I typically never do this, as I am a business owner, and I understand people to be really nitpicky, but this has gone on for too long. This branch is really biased towards a certain group of people. My employees are scared to stop here they often feel mistreated and discriminated against In the French, I have been a customer of this bank for multiple years. This is where I started my business and to me it feels like home. The other location at the blank has some of the best financial advisors I’ve ever spoken to, but this location is the absolute worst to me and to all my employees I don’t understand how some people can be so discriminative towards customers.

Do not recommend this bank, specifically construction loans and loan officer Ken Luckett. I would advise to not waste your time here as we have lost out on a house that we had been waiting to close on for over six months. This property was very near and dear to our hearts as we wanted to raise our children on the same street as grandma and grandpa. We spent thousands of dollars on blueprints, permits, earnest agreements with the seller, etc. And she finally had enough of the waiting around (we don’t blame her at all) and is selling to an investor instead. Ken Luckett was our loan officer and I blame him solely for this awful predicament our family is in and now we are pregnant with our second child stuck in our apartment for no good reason!

I guess I was wrong. They blocked my Account and I was furious. I made them open the account. Come to find out They knew a buy I bought online was a bogus company. They we're protecting me when I thought they were hassling me. Im sorry banner I guess you knew what was best for me and my account when I thought you were being mean. You were helping me. Im sorry I was upset. They aren't very polite but in this community most people hate me because I'm the community's most eligible bachelor but I'm the fish that got away to the woman in this community. Because I want a woman with drive and determination something I feal woman in this community lack.. but I am working so im not worried about it. God will give me a wonderful wife someday and she can deal with the brats here. Until then im busy working for god. Thanks for protecting my account even if you are a little abrasive.

I go in every friday and they're by far the best bank to go to. Always friendly and funny staff. Especially Ashley, shes the best. Eriah is my close second. Definitely worth a visit!

Bad billing practices. Auto pay always not working. Sometimes mortgage payments get pulled two times.

I went in to get a simple account statement printed out. The 3 people working at the counter apparently could not help me and I needed to talk to the personal banker. She was on the phone so I waited. 10 minutes later after listening to the personal banker talking the same phone call about her upcoming trip to Las Vegas, I finally asked the 3 people at the counter if they seriously couldn’t help me. I was told no. I then left. It seems absolutely ridiculous.

I have had horrible experiences with Amanda and the staff at Banner Bank. Amanda specifically is short with you and speaks with a smug condescending tone. Horrible customer service all the way around. I Gave them a chance for the last year and there has been no improvement. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The tellers always give me attitude and at first I didn't think much of it I tried to be as nice as I could however their attitude didn't change. They have also denied me service on transferring funds when every other branch has assisted me in that. This branch has to probably be my least favorite to go to.
