The staff are wonderful. I give four stars because the bank has a policy whereby they do not accept deposits from crypto exchanges. (They allow funds transfers to crypto exchanges, but do not allow transfers in.) I closed my account as a matter of principle and sincerely hope that Banner will be one of the many banks to go out of business, as the well deserved punishment for offense to the public and our Lord Satoshi. Celah.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst bank I've ever worked with. They don't seem to know what they are doing in any area that we've had to deal with them. Would not recommend them.

Do not recommend this bank, specifically construction loans and loan officer Ken Luckett. I would advise to not waste your time here as we have lost out on a house that we had been waiting to close on for over six months. This property was very near and dear to our hearts as we wanted to raise our children on the same street as grandma and grandpa. We spent thousands of dollars on blueprints, permits, earnest agreements with the seller, etc. And she finally had enough of the waiting around (we don’t blame her at all) and is selling to an investor instead. Ken Luckett was our loan officer and I blame him solely for this awful predicament our family is in and now we are pregnant with our second child stuck in our apartment for no good reason!

If I could give less than one star I would! Hands down the worst experience with a bank. Do not come here for a construction loan, or any loan for that matter.

I have been there since basically day one since this branch opened and up until today I have loved everyone there heather, angie and donavan. Azar or whatever her name is was absolutely no help. To me the reason she "wasnt" able to assist with my issue is because she doesn't want to be incovienced by being asked to DO HER JOB THAT SHE GETS PAID FOR!! So now that heather has left this branch and donavan has switched to the float position and angie is the only helpful one left I'm taking my banking business else where sorry angie, but your manager ruined it for me. She was short with me from the beginning of the conversation and you could tell that she didnt want to be on the phone. Worthless is what is she some branch manager..... yeah right..

Love this Bank branch, they truly embody the community spirit! Azar and Angie are amazing and really care about their customers. If you've thought about switching banks, definitely consider Banner Bank - they remember your name, and have great products, including no atm fees!

Their online new account system is a mess. I didn't even finish opening a business account due to the amateurish nature of it.
