"Please remove your mask before entering" the sign says as I walk up to the door. It's 38 degrees and raining. I'm a disabled veteran who is immunocompromised. I have to do the mental math, as I have to do at every business that does this. Is it worth starting a fight? Having to recite my medical history? Having to beg for the right to make my own choices about my body? No. It's late, it's raining, this is just a game shop. I know of three other stores who are safe for people like me; there's no need. I leave without ever getting to enter, yet again disappointed in a society that is content to exclude the disabled.

If you want to buy Pokémon cards they are overpriced. You can go down the road (literally) to find the same product and it being a much fairer price. Even retail stores like Best Buy well sell you the same product for cheaper. This along with the fact that the employees sometimes don’t even recognize you are there (which is something many other people have complained about).

Had a good time at a company party, but I wish there was a more diverse selection of dice towers.

They have a wide selection of computer games, board games, and trading cards. The store is easy to find, lots of parking and really nice staff. The place is well organized and clean. Happy gaming to you!!

I need people to be aware that if you stand around and wait for 10+ minutes for the one employee to be done talking about magic cards to someone that they will turn around and immediately help the person who walked in wayyyyyyyy after you. I am not impressed and I will take my business elsewhere. Super rude customer service. 0/10. Will not go again. I didn’t even get an “I’ll be with you in a minute” just flat out ignored. What is wrong with people that they can’t even acknowledge a customer OBVIOUSLY waiting to buy something.

This place is awesome. Not only did they take the time to teach my son and I how to play Pokémon, they also gave us so many free things just because! They are extremely helpful, patient and kind. I am happy to continue shopping here.

A true community built small business. Not only are the homely, friendly, cozy and fun, they also reach out to the community to help others. In the summers they work with outreach programs to assist youth to learn how to have a job!I have never felt alienated here, the workers are so fun to talk to and over all batcave has a great local vibe.Lower prices than other shops in Vancouver. I only do my singles shopping here.Come hang out!

I went to a yugioh tournament back in the day (mid 2000s) and a Hispanic kid used fake cards and I called him out and the worker said it was real but it wasn't. If the cheater is reading this shame on you. Glad to see this place is still around though ?
