I caught their 3 wick candle “sale”, bought 2 candles for $30, employees were nice and helpful, no complaints, store is easy to find in the mall. Will be back.

I want to give a fantastic review to the ladies who helped me today. It made my mother's birthday <3 I wish I remembered their names but they were amazing and all need raises. Ladies working at roughly 1pm and 5pm were SPECTACULAR

Really disappointing experience. I was in the store less than 2 min with my wife and as she was asking me to smell something, an employee treated me as if I was a nuisance and inconvenience to be there. The employee asked me to move. I did and then within 30 seconds, another employee told, not asked, told me to move. If you don’t want people here, just lock up the store.

My girl really likes this place because everything smells so good. I would have to agree with her, I don't think I've smelt anything bad from Bath and Body Works.. Ever

I stopped by to check if my order was ready. Just happened to be at the mall. Yes, l probably should have waited until the confirmation email that it was ready, but wanter to check. A lady with a short haircut at checkout desk was extremly rude, staring that it's not ready, and that they had a huge line before. All of this could have been said nicely. By the way l was the only preson at the desk and l was nice about my enquiry. I asked if she new how soon it would be ready. Her reply was, " As soon as l get to it" again very rude... The order was ready in 20 min. Why couldn't she say, "give us 20...30...1 hour, tomorrow"??? If you don't like your job that much...leave. You ruinning people's day.

Love their candles! They smell good and burn clean.Lotions, body wash, etc, always fun!Love all of the holiday options.Staff if friendly. The store is well stocked and always inviting!

Made an order online, and half of it was in store pickup. There is much better quality when you pick up directly from the store! Fast, easy, and nothing was broken, lol
