I took my 10 year old iPad to Batteries+ and they replaced it within a two days! I'm very pleased. I had taken it to a service business on Hayden Island and after a month, they still could not get the right battery (they ordered the wrong one first). Nor did they ever get the right battery or install it! And commutation fro Batteries+ was great. Got no communications from the other place.

called in about my screen replacement from not even a week ago, after being falsely informed on the total amount we’d be paying we were also told that the screen was the issue and they could fix it right? payed $200 out of picked which was more than half the original price we were told but we were also told my screen wasn’t “recyclable” and we wouldn’t be able to get it back. so i call today because my screen is having major issues, and the man jeremy who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional he told me that the liability said they never tested the phone and that they could give me back my old screen and then refund me however i was told my screen wasn’t recycled so which is it? never going to this place and will be disputing this transaction since this company gave me another broken screen that was probably recycled, didn’t offer warranty, and false advertising pricing then giving different total at the end of the”fixing screen”

When I need batteries for certain things this seems like the place to go, but I need a business account? If I was buying batteries for a business I wouldn't be getting them from the neighborhood battery store.

Great customer service. I bought a car battery from them years ago. The battery suddenly wouldn't hold a charge. I took it back to them, and they recharged and tested it for free. They called and said it had bad cells, but it was still under warranty. I got a free battery with a 5 year warranty. Honesty with no fuse, no extra paperwork, and no hassle.

They said they could make me a key for my truck that needed to be programmed as well. They tried twice and were unable to. They had another one shipped in and couldn’t get that one either. Don’t waste your time with them making keys, they obviously aren’t the experts in that area.

Our experience here was great. We came in with an issue on our key fob, and they did all the checks for us. The issue has to be fixed by Ford directly, but they didn’t charge us for helping us narrow it down (:
