Grooming: Had used their grooming for past two years but groomers keep changing. This new groomer cut off the edge of my dog’s ear ( it still looks terrible), then charged me for my other dog that was only half-groomed. I’m still in shock, will never return here.

I called to make a grooming appointment two days ago and the phone went straight to voicemail. Still no call back. I will not be contacting them again.

Just had our dog groomed/bathed/trimmed there. Absolutely the worst job we've ever had. She (the dog) looked like she maybe had a few hairs clipped (not a complete haircut) and smelled like someone had rinsed her lightly (not a bathing). Groomer said that she did a complete cut and bathe....I was very doubtful. Took dog home and the entire family immediately asked if the groomer had done anything at all as they could not see any difference! I called back and after some debate, the groomer agreed to re-do the job. Well, we got a phone call before the appointment stating that the groomer had quit and they had no appointments available!! So, I will now call back and see how I am treated. If I am treated fairly, I will update rating...right now, my rating is fair.

Staff was fearmongering my mom to stop feeding our dogs Hills science diet, expressing how terrible it is for their health. They provided her samples of "much better options" that they sell. But when I research, I'm seeing the exact opposite. There are only 5 dog foods approved by the WSAVA, hills science being one. They hire actual nutritionist, and formulate their foods based on published research. Fromm and nutri source are not on that list. When I google fromm and nutri source what I do see are several links talking about how it may be linked to DCM in dogs. I am not a doctor or a nutritionist, so what do I know. I have to rely on those more knowledgeable than myself to provide guidance on what's best for our dogs. With that said. I recommend everyone do their own research, instead of just listening to a pushy boutique store, who just wants you to buy your food from them, not petco. It all just felt so deceptive

Was horrible with simply clipping my dogs nails, placed my dog back into my vehicle without even letting me know they completely clipped off the whole quick of her nail and was bleeding all over my car. Owner took no responsibility for her staff or what they did to my dog, instead insisted I was lying and was more concerned with the bad rep she was getting from me posting a review. I had to pay to get my car professionally cleaned from all the blood and also a nice vet bill to take my dog to the ER to stop her nail from bleeding. Wouldn't ever trust them with my fur babies and I honestly don't know how they're still in business.

Take my dog there to get their nails cut. Occasionally, I get dog food from them. The owner is well versed in the many types of dog food that would be healthy for your dog.

Great team. We have been going for ten years and they have consistently provided great service and are very knowledgeable when it comes to our pet's needs. Highly recommend these wonderful folks. Thank you for being such a resource.

I need help washing my dog but the other place was charging me a lot and wouldn't even brush his fur!Kat, the Groomer was wonderful, listened to my instructions and used a whitening shampoo and my 15 yr old Jack Russel has never looked better!

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. When calling them no one answers or returns voicemails. When I went into the store, the owner was extremely rude.

Super helpful!! Owner saved our day when she stopped and picked up my husband when we ran out of gas along the highway. If this is any indication of how she treats her customers then she earned this 5 star review. Thank you!

I'd go to "woodin you" pet store across the street. I stopped here over the weekend, I've had good and bad experiences here, but last weekend I was the only one in the store, I walked in and the employee couldn't even look up from her phone to say hi, which was really awkward to be honest...I asked her if they carried a specific brand, and I got a very snobby response.I got back in my car, searched for another pet store and found Woodin you across the street. Literally THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced at a pet store. Save your time (and your feelings) just hop across the street and go to the other pet store.
