Good location and fast checkout time. We purchased a Discover Pass here to explore Washington state parks, it was $35 and good for a year.

The staff here was friendly and they had no problems with my son's service dog being here. There were employees actively going out and asking people if they needed help which I was impressed with. All the employees that helped us were very friendly. We picked up some nice gear for softball here. They have a lot of different sports items available here which makes it a great one-stop shop 👍. They aren't bothered by children playing with the toys they sell here.

There's hardly any selection. Went in for sliding shorts and they're thinner than normal underwear. The women's were better than the men's too.Looked for running shoes and it's so terribly organized they have shoes on the wall that don't have a box to bring up front to purchase. It's organized as outdoor and men's, you have to look at every shoe to see what kind they are and good luck deciphering if it's available or locating it off the wall. Not by brand, type, sport, I have no idea how its organized or if it even is at all. The floor team must be exhausted by customers having to get them for everything they could want to buy in the store. The staff were great, just a poor pool of items. I spent like 20 minutes looking for what I wanted and left empty handed in frustration.

I received great customer service from Robert, Dallas, and Gavin at this Big 5 location. I bought a treadmill last week that unfortunately didn't work out in my home. I took it back today and they were all super understanding and kind about handling the return. Dallas and Gavin unloaded it from my car and Robert was easy going about processing the refund. Greatly appreciate the customer service.

We had to get gloves that were locked away, took awhile. I guess people in Washington steal them.

This Big 5 location may be small, but we have always been able to find the basic youth apparel and equipment (baseball, softball, basketball) we needed at fair prices. Service reps weren't knowledgable enough to provide specific advice. But there are very few sporting goods stores in Vancouver, and we're glad to have this one nearby.
