Lisa Ferguson was absolutely terrible.
Went in today elsewhere (due to a bad experience a week ago with Lisa) to have our taxes done and to our surprise, we are getting a refund instead.
Not only was Lisa not putting the correct information in, her lack of communication and how to treat a customer with decency was extremely off putting.
I hope that she was just having a bad day and that none of your future customers have to go through what I did.

We have been getting our taxes done by Joy for the last 4-5 years. She is friendly and professional. She works hard to get us all the tax breaks we are eligible for, asks us questions, explains the process. We trust her and her work.

These are the worst tax filing "professionals" I have ever dealt with.They "filed" my tax forms, then the IRS sent me a letter asking for additional information.I ask my tax "professional" why and she told my I need to send the information myself...... why did I pay h&r block over $150 to not do what I hired them to do?And when I tried to call their HR department was sent to voice-mail, told I had 30 seconds to record, machine only recorded 5 seconds and then hung up on me.I will never use this service again, and will make sure everyone is aware of the horrible "UNPROFESSIONAL" behavior they have shown me.
