Very professional and outstanding work, she saved me lots of money and got my return done in no time! She is a very sweet lady and really knows her stuff, I am extremely satisfied with her work and professional service and environment, I will continue to return year after year until she retires, between her prices and the money she saves me every year I would be a fool not to return.

Are you in search of someone to handle your return at a great price, and correctly? Alright, you should move on to another company. Ranza EVENTUALLY - will cost you MUCH more than the few dollars you might save on having her prepare your return.

Has drug deals going on outside the house all hours of the day. Owner lets her dogs run off leash and go to the bathroom is neighbors yards. Her "customers" block mailboxes. The list really goes on it does not look like a professional business in any shape or form and I would never trust them with my money.

I felt she did a good job, thought of items I could deduct but was not aware of. Much better now and that separated office is in place and puppies are gone.

Terribly unprofessional constantly has people coming and going all hours of the day sitting in cars getting high and blocking the flow of traffic absolutely appalling.

If I could give her a 0 I would. Completely unprofessional, flustered, and unorganized. EXACTLY the opposite of what you HAVE to have in a Tax professional. Her mistakes are proof. You've been warned!! There are soooo many better options. Don't roll the dice here.

Very unprofessional the place was filthy and smelly. The woman was more interested talking about herself than helping me with my taxes. Stay away!!!
