Went into the store to purchase a birthday gift. I was looking for a specific item but couldn’t find it, and after purchasing some other things, I noticed the item I originally wanted as I was leaving. Maggie, the store attendant, was very helpful and kind with exchanging the item.

This store has a nice selection of items, but I hate the checkout experience. If you don’t want to give them your phone number, lookout! Once they begrudgingly accepted that I was only willing to present payment, they wanted someone else’s information that I might know with an account. Ridiculous! I hate this store.

My fiancee and i just went in there today, and she wanted to ask a question about a kirby bag, and the associate gave attitude and cut her off mid way. Horrible service, we were not welcome and they didn't bother checking in with us. She has red short hair, and piercings. We had items we wanted to buy, a DBZ jersey and Spongebob item. After that experience we didn't want the items and left them there.

Don’t believe the negative reviews! I come in a lot looking for pops or just checking out the cool inventory. I’m always greeted with a smile and offered help and the prices are fair!

Twice now I've had to tell them I don't want to give my phone number and they will keep asking you over and over, 5 times in a row.SERIOUSLY NO MEANS NO!!Then even after spending hundreds they give you a dirty look and treat you bad. I'm done shopping here, just horrible service.

I looooooooved this stooooore!! The stuff is sooo cute. But there’s an employee that was so rude to my girlfriend. LGBTQ+ friendly? I doubt it, she was just chilling on her phone, rung us out and when we denied their “loyalty club” she gave us the most disgusting attitude. Ew.
