Crash Champions are true champions. They were able to repair our 2000 Toyota Celica GT when all the other body shops told us they could not fix the car. Not only that they completed the work ahead of the estimated repair time. Great company and I would recommend them to everyone.

This was previously known as BRADYS AUTO BODY when I selected this shop from my State Farm Insurance approved auto body repair shops in September of 2023. Trevor and company provided excellent estimate and exceptional body repair services for my Chevy Equinox. I am not sure if Crash Champions is merely a name change as part of a restructuring, change of ownership or if they maintained their excellence! All I know is: I am completely satisfied with the Entire Process from Estimate, Scheduling, Car Rental (Enterprise) and Completed Vehicle Pickup!
The coordination among State Farm, Bradys Auto Body and Enterprise Car Rental was FLAWLESS as was the Vehicle's Body Repair! They even installed my provided splash guards! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Brought in my vehicle for repairs through insurance. The people were super friendly hence the 2 stars not 1 star. Reasons for low review:
Firstly, the communication level is absolutely terrible, initially the dropoff went great, but they did not follow up or even let me know that parts were on back order. I had called and been left on hold for 20 minutes until I decided to just drive over there and discuss the issue with the manager. Even though I was assured they would communicate better, a few weeks went by until they gave me a call the evening before it was ready for pickup in the morning and that they would call me in the morning with exact time, which they did not. I had to call them close to noon to find out.
Secondly, the repairs seems to have been done well, but smudges and marks were left in places, I had expected a cleaned and new looking area where items were replaced. I also would have liked a good walkaround and explanation of what was fixed and which areas were repainted so I can avoid it.
If you decide to use them, take it on yourself to keep in touch and keep track of your vehicle. I would not trust them to keep you informed.

I very much recommend this shop. They examined my vehicle and gave me a 24 day estimate of when the work would be done after I dropped it off. They had it done in 12 and it looks brand new. Any concerns were addressed immediately. A very friendly and professional staff, they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
