This lady seemed to be a nice person, but something was amiss. I went in for a delivery the post office had just dropped off. I inquired when she told me I had no mail. I told her the post office just told me they had given her my mail. She told me I had nothing until I pushed the facts on her. She immediately went and retrieved my package. She tried to withhold my mail. It's was obvious. Why I don't know yet , but I'm having her looked into. Later I came to find out that she'd done this with mail before. Dishonest and lazy. Then she got an attitude with me for knowing she had my mail. Don't be fooled.

Lorelei (Lori) has helped me on numerous occasions mailing packages and always gives the best advice in terms of which service to use (cheapest is not always best!). She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. Please consider paying her a visit before you go to a more corporate shipping company.

We have been customers for 14 years. The owner always takes good care of us and provides great services. We never have to worry about porch pirates stealing packages, as we have everything delivered here. Her prices are very reasonable. She goes above and beyond for us all of the time.

Lori is my \"Mail Mom\" she is a wonderful woman and great to deal with. You will be hard pressed to find a more genuine person. I have received my mail with her for 15 years. Guessing anyone who had a problem with her that it wasn't her who was the problem. Just saying....

The owner (Schnobler) signed for a UPS package and then denied that she had ever received the package. She took zero accountability for her mistake and the small business who sent the package took 100% of the loss. It's sad people choose to do business this way.
