I asked the ingredients of their "black and white sprinkles", because I can't have chocolate. They could not find ingredients listed, so just gave me white ones. The waffle cone shake was the most amazing thing I've had. It could not be better. Thanks, Burgerville, for delicious food and great service!

Cold food always. I only tend to come here rarely hoping for better experience but prices keep going up and quality doesn't reflect. $41.33 for two burgers two fries and two drinks.

How can you forget to put cheese on a double beef cheeseburger? Quality of employees and service has gone way down and all they can think of is the tips in the drive through. Just have to shake your head and move on.

Excellent food. But what has impressed me about the Burgerville chian is how excellent their service is they are polite and efficient. They did an excellent job making sure each person got exactly what they

Food quality has gone down and prices have gone up way to much for fast food. Also tipping culture is out of control. It's not like it used to be.

We're visiting Portland from Los Angeles and wanted to try 'Local to the area' fare. The Burgerville closest to our hotel was closed due to weather, so we drove to Vancouver Washington!! Great for the grandkids to go to another state in 20 minutes! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was very clean, brightly lit, and although relatively empty because of the snowy weather, the place had a nice charming atmosphere. The Shakes were Delicious, the handmade homemade strawberry lemonade was perfectly tart and perfectly sweet!!!the Garlic Parm waffle fries were also fabulous. The burgers were nothing special and the Halibut was disappointing, I'd asked were the Halibut made with Tempura or Cornmeal battered, tempura was the answer, unfortunatelyit was Neither, but breaded and from whatever major food supply company that sends those lil tasteless, boring fish patties every where. Overall it was OK. If I come across Burgerville any where else, we'll get the shakes and strawberry lemonade!!Parking: Right at the door!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids like the bright airy atmosphere, plenty of tables, booths, bar stools at the counter. High Cafe table with spinning bar stools, grandkids had a ball!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Everything ground floor and the tables, booths and counter make it wheelchair friendly. The high Cafe tables were the only part that could not accommodate wheelchairs, but it will not be a problem. There's plenty of seating.
