Service wise,they shut down the slicer an hoir before closing. Thats a realistic time frame, allowing them time to properly clean it.
Until they shut it down, they are still willing to slice any meats in the way that is requested, even if it is difficult to do that way. If they think itll tear it to shreads rather than slice, theyll give warning to you as well.
Always worth the trip if you like affordable quality.”
