I bought a Mountain Summit Gear tent from REI in 2016. The poles broke but the tent is still in great shape so I called Caddis to see if they had replacements. Even though the tent was discontinued, they were able to find the poles and are only charging me shipping. Great customer service!

I purchased a float tube from sportsman’s warehouse. I experienced some problems with the product and was quickly and kindly helped. Caddis earned a customer for life.
