We would not have been able to refinance without Jim and Cardinal Financial. He beat other brokers and actually delivered on closing the loan, even though my HOA was being litigated and another broker failed. He is a resource and I will be working with him again with our next home.

Devon is calm, personable, and very good at his job. Our loan was complicated and we hit several road blocks, but Devon always managed to make it work.
