Had to take time to step away from the situation before posting a review, otherwise I would have been extremely nasty and would have given a one star.
I bought a S23 ultra from here. Paid almost 700 for it. From day one of had problems with it. They initially told me that the front screen was replaced, but after I started having issues, they denied replacing the screen. Turns out both the front and rear glass was replaced with aftermarket glass.
Issues: No GPS, no Spen functionality, Screen glitching, improper installation of front glass with gasket sticking out of corner, spot in corner of phone with dead pixels that has spread.
Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. They tried to replace the Spen for me right away. Showed some willingness to work with me.
HOWEVER, THEY WOULD ONLY OFFER ME A PARTIAL PARTIAL REFUND.
I may return to see if they will make it right. Couldn't do so until work slowed enough to allow me to give my full attention to the situation.

Called as soon as my phone broke, got me in, took no more than 35-40 minutes, $50 CHEAP! And they have always been incredibly high quality. I absolutely love Cases4phones!

Thought I had to have my phones USB port replaced, went in and kevin and shay were helpful and quick, cleaned the port in under a minute and now the phone is charging again! Great service

Known Kevin and Shane now for years, and they are great dudes. I've had multiple screens, and batteries replaced in multiple phones and the prices they have for phones and tablets are very reasonably priced. Just recently bought two phones and a tablet from them and they all work and function excellently. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

Shane & Kevin are the kindness and do their work with such excellence ! We have been coming here to have our phones fixed for 14 years and every time our experience is consistently so positive . Shane and Kevin are honest , and fix phones and stand behind their work, and even are kind enough to take the time to trouble shoot things I don't know how to do on my iPhone . We are truly so thankful for their store and expertise & knowledge , and integrity too!

Can't recommend this place highly enough! The folks who work here are so knowledgeable & kind ~ and they offer a wonderful service. I came in needing a new-to-me phone ~ they helped me find the perfect option for my needs, and at a great price! They thoroughly check all their pre-owned phones before selling them, and even offer a 14-day return window on them. I'm so thrilled I came here ~ 10/10 recommend!!
