Turns out my normal supplier,Airgas has an issue getting acetylene. They suggested Central. They had two bottles in stock. I took both. Got home,loaded bottle. Just under three pounds of gas. Yep empty. I immediately called, it was 30 minutes after I bought it. Guy says "sorry it happens sometimes. We will have more Monday". I show up this morning and grab two bottles. Explain Friday. Same guy that sold them to me Friday sold them today. Got charged for another two. Easy to make a profit when you get $40.00 for a bottle of air.
If you go here, have them throw a gage on the bottle, just to be sure.
Not worth a argument of $38 and tax.

It's nice to have local place with knowledgeable staff to help you, and this place checked the boxes. I needed to exchange welding gas cylinders and Oxygen/acetylene cylinders, and they were able to help me out over the phone, as well as helping once I got to their store. In addition to cylinder exchange, they have a store with tools, welding gear and accessories. All priced comparable to other businesses. Thank you for your help!

called got a quote and was told could go to portland to avoid taxes or they could transfer helmit up. called back to follow up, diferent person and dont carry them. obviously not everyone is on the same page here and not worth wasting youre time with them.
