Most people at this bank are super nice. I had a little snafu with a credit pull, aside from that they have been real nice

I had an appointment today at this location to open a business account. I went inside the bank in the lounge waiting area. I waited for 10-15 min and NO ONE came to ask me if I have an appointment or if I needed something. Worst part; they didn’t have any customers!!! Just some people in line trying to do deposits or withdrawing, but the “bankers” were just in their desk ignoring me. Don’t even bother coming to this bank. Waist of time!

Came into open an account , only to be told its by appointment only. Nothing on the websites indicates you have to make an appointment.Lack of staff .

Man, the experience I had with the Mortgage lender Frank was a really bad experience. He ran my credit without my authorization. I asked him to undo it since I didn't ask for him to run my credit. He said he was in the right, covered his a** to his coworkers. I spent several hours on hold trying to reverse this. Never ended up getting reversed. I drive by this bank and I just get upset. I asked for another mortgage lender and they kinda acted like I was the problem and the other mortgage lender never called me back. I think I will close my account with Chase. Dealing with someone like Frank just made me so mad. He was sleazy and just basically lied to my face.

Showed up at 4:30 to get some papers notarized. Told by the teller that they closed in 30 minutes and to come back another day. Needed 4 pages done. You're open til 5 how about helping people when they take the time to come in! We've hated chase for years and now it is the time to get rid of them.

This place is no help at all. Bunch of bitter single moms with layers of makeup spattered who purposely give short answers so that they don't have to do any work.

I showed up at 1230 on a Saturday to combine accounts with my new wife. This was the only date and time I had available in the next few weeks and knowing they closed at 1, I thought that'd surely be enough time. I was wrong, however, as I was rudely told there wasn't enough time before they closed, without any condolences or excuses. After I told my reasoning of going at that time and my situation, I was told to try again later. I will try to never go to this rude bank again.

Gave me information that was contrary to their website, causing me to have multiple unexpected account fees, which chase.com refused to remove. Long wait times even when not full of clients, and services (ie notary) are difficult to obtain at this location.

Do not work with Arthur. Tried opening a business account with him on 8/19/22. He was not helpful at all and said he "had to ask few questions" to someone and he'd get back at me. He even verified my cell number for a call back. Fast forward to a week later, 8/23/22, and I went in to check on the status since I haven't heard from him. Talked to him and another lady (who was lovely and apologetic), but Arthur said he doesn't even remember me coming in, doesn't remember our meeting and doesn't recall anything from our conversation. I needed that account set up for transactions and this idiot couldn't even be professional about his mistake. Do not bank here!! Highly disappointed and extremely unprofessional business account teller.

Terrible customer service. Why would there not be a manager on site? It's a handful of tellers with no leader .. would not recommend to anybody.

I was very disappointed in finding out that I could not obtain a cashier's check at the branch due to not having my debit card with me as part of proof of identity. I had the funds and I had several other pieces of identity, including photo identification. I drove 3.5hrs to purchase an item and needed a cashier's check (needed to get final dollar amount after I arrived). Needless to say I will be closing my account.

I had a account with chase years ago and was getting my direct deposit sent there. I was going on vacation one year and the week before I was to go Chase bank closed out my account and I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my money back from them. I was told that it was up to their discretionary choice to close accounts with no exclamation. I will not bank there again. To this day I still have no idea why they closed my account.
