Donta Harris is the best bank employee I have ever encountered! His business qualities and professionalism are at a very high level! I don’t speak English very well, but he managed to explain everything to me and introduce me to the banking products that interest me! This is the best bank branch in Vancouver!

The most incompetent, obnoxiously rude & just plain ignorant employees at this location ... horrible, horrible customer service. No wonder they have such negative reviews ... Tried to wire transfer a large amount of money with the help of Arthur M. and it ended up being such a disastrous failure, we lost a lot of money and he could not explain why this was such a screw up on his part ... we thought he was an intern perhaps in training but after contacting corporate we found out he has been there for years .. this particular location has been plagued by theft, mishandling of funds .. that info came from another Chase bank manager in this area that we tried to get to complete our transactions for us. What a horrible horrible experience ..

I made 3 appointments with this branch. The first one, the person called off. The second time, they told me to come back. The third, i waited for 35 minutes before they told me the person called off. What a joke. 3 appointments and they managed to not help me at all. Avoid this branch.

I have been banking with Chase for 30 yrs... I guess, my expectations are high. I avoid going to all chase locations....I went in with a problem...I had to make an appointment, notary services....must wait months, this morning, I have an issue that I need to address and am I dreading my visit.

I love coming to this branch and always try and stop by when I'm in the area. The entire staff here is wonderful and really know how to treat their customers with excellent service and a genuine warmth.I highly recommend this branch as it is always a bright spot in my day and always a pleasant banking experience.

Terrible service, closed weekends, unprofessional workers, LONGGGGG wait every single time. Bank elsewhere I'm closing my account down as soon as possible. I figured with this review I could save someone else a lot of headache.

They turned me away from service when my law firm has an account there. Was on hold for 13 hours and when I finally got through on the phone they told me I needed to go to a brach to give my ID. When I went to the branch, they stated they won't help me and to call the 1800 number. I can say this is probably one of the worst run branches I've ever come across. Also seems that discrimination is a common denominator when reading the past reviews.

My tips from work are put on a card that I can withdrawal from and use at places. Chase was the closest atm and I trusted the safety of using it because it's an actual bank. I use the atm to withdrawal a couple hundred and it doesn't dispense my money. I start panicking and my husband won't leave the atm until I talk to the people inside just in case it decides to dispense my money, he didn't want the person behind me to get my money on accident. I explained the situation to the person behind me and they were cool. I go inside and let the ladies know and they're just so rude and nonchalant about it. One of the ladies told me to move my car and the other one knew it wasn't dispensing money. If they knew it was doing that why didn't they put a sign out on the atm that says it's not dispensing money? That could save people from panicking that have never dealt with this. I'm still panicky because I've never dealt with this and really hoping my money doesn't dispense at any point. I guess I'll keep an eye on my account. It's seems to be okay for now.
