DO NOT try and cash savings bonds at this branch. I was given wrong information about how to cash them twice by different employees.The first time I went in they told me to sign the backs of all my bonds, only to then turn around and say they couldn't cash them because my account wasn't 6 months old yet. After my account reached the 6 month mark, I went back in and now their policy is my account needs to be 1 year old.AND since they instructed me to sign my bonds, I cannot cash them online or endorse them to anyone. Because of negligence of two different employees I now have to wait 6 more months to get a much needed sum of money I am rightfully owed. Extremely frustrated.

Never enough staff to take care of the long lines. The old chase was open till 6 this one goes till five and they dont give access to the atm when they are closed like the 63rd location

Having been an existing customer at chase for many yrs im sorry to review that on my 1st and only visit to fourth plain branch i found the staff to be extremely unhelpful, obstructive and seriously lacking in customer service, the service was atrocious and from this i will no longer bank with chase.

Don't Cash you check here they will hold it and then according to their policy close your account. Horrible. I hope they go out of business.

Unfortunately banks are run by incompetent lawyers that make rediculous rules. Chase wouldn't deposit a check into my sister's account written out to her and her husband even though they're both on the account. The world should be simpler. Some companies hire expensive CEO's so they would somehow increase a company's income, well here's a FREE tip for you Chase: be a simple bank with common sense rules, and people will be drawn to you with no money spent on ads.

Absolute worst bank ever slowed my friend to be scammed then after wards is charging her $15000 for the pleasure and the worker on her case yelled and chastised her and now since she foolishly had her car on auto pay through them she will probably loose her car and mind you she's on social security and has a part time job so talk about a bank messing over the little guy so chase definitely gets a minus 100 can't believe they made me put a 1 how vile

The lobby was closed due to the virus so I called the number on the door to make an appointment to send a wire. I was told I could use the drive thru to send a wire. I waited in the drive thru line and was told that I cannot use the drive thru to send a wire, with a question of who told you to use the drive thru for a wire. I called the appointment number back and reached the branch manager who said that I can use the drive thru for a wire but that they cannot take the wire info from my phone that I had to write the info down but I could not wait in the drive thru line to do so while 25 other people waited. So I drove to the back of the line, wrote the wire info down, and when I reached the front of the line I gave my info to the teller and was told to get out of the line and wait for the manager to complete the wire. The manager called me after a time and said that my occupation was listed as an Uber driver and that so my sending of such a large wire was likely a scam and she would not send the wire. I went to another branch and the wire was sent within 5 minutes. I have sent numerous other wires from other Chase branches and have never been treated as badly as I was treated by the branch manager at the Vancouver Mall branch. This branch needs a new manager who can handle daily operations, communicate with staff and treat customers right.
