I use US Bank, Capital One, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Synchrony, and Discover. All of these are better than Chase. Chase has terrible policies and terrible customer service.

Today we changed banks from Wells Fargo to Chase. We were welcomed by outstanding customer service as we opened our new accounts.Alex Fair was so helpful in helping us decide among the many benefits of Chase's banking products. He and his associate set the standard that all banks should follow.Alex thank you.

We've banked at Chase forever. Today was unusual. We've always been able to get something notorized without hesitation. Today the teller asked another teller if she could do it and said yes, in an hour and a half. We've never been told we need an appointment.

Not helpful and borderline rude. Teller was more interested in being on her phone than helping me and when I asked the manager for some information regarding my business account, I was told to call Chases 1-800 number. Useless bank.

Quick service on a Saturday afternoon. The teller Jordyn was very friendly.

If the drive-thru is broken they need to have a sign for that. They open at 9 so I had been sitting there since 8:45 waiting for it to open by the time 9:10 rolled around I went in having to bring my 11 month old in with me which I was trying to avoid. I'm told it's broken why they don't have a sign she's unsure but she'll let the manager know it's inconvenient for customers... when they said it didn't really seem sincere so whether it'll happen or not?

I applied online and got approved for a debit card. Upon the cards arrival, the account was closed. Within 30 minutes I came into this branch and was told I needed to make an appointment with a personal banker. The next day I met with David Meritt about my account. He waited on hold and eventually spoke to a representative. He then created me a new account, and I now have no issues.I usually don't write 5 stars for people doing their job, but he made me feel really great about my decision to finance with Chase. The tellers my last 2 days at this location have made me feel judged and poor (even though I am NOT). I got nothing but glares, eye rolls, and ugly looks for doing nothing but waiting to be helped.. I don't appreciate this kind of treatment by women. Women should support women. But David made me feel very comfortable and I could tell he cared about me as more than just a customer..You are my car buying hero !

192nd branch strikes again. I’m a long time business customer. I don’t typically use this branch as it’s not near my business, and I’m not sure why I even try anymore as I have never ever been into this branch when I needed something completed that I haven’t been told No. Whether it be a need for a notary or cashing a cashiers check, they excel at being an inconvenience for the Chase customer. Avoid this branch at all costs; go out to Mill Plain - it’s worth the extra drive. Third times the charm I suppose, I’ll begin reconsidering my business with them at all.

Switched my banking from Bank of America who held my accounts for over 15years and had multiple problems with their incompetence. David has been a great help with a difficult task since I also used their business banking and had multiple credit cards. I've used their notary service and have had many questions answered in a competent and professional manner. Their staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive to my needs. Some branches may have complaints by others but this branch runs smoothly.

I am good customer of Chase and have never had a problem at any other Chase bank getting something notarized. Dark haired man with glasses said an appt was needed when clearly the notary would be available within minutes. I find this extremely inconvenient and rude to a long time and good customer. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
