Went in to use the notary service. With that said, the teller told me they would only be able to do “limited” signatures. When I asked what is that limit, he kept saying it’s at the discretion of the teller. He did tell me that “about 4” is the limit. Then I asked if I went to another branch, would they only do 3 or maybe 5? He also then said the term “limited” and it’s all case by case. Never heard of such ambiguity. Time for me to change banks!

They turned me away from service when my law firm has an account there. Was on hold for 13 hours and when I finally got through on the phone they told me I needed to go to a brach to give my ID. When I went to the branch, they stated they won't help me and to call the 1800 number. I can say this is probably one of the worst run branches I've ever come across. Also seems that discrimination is a common denominator when reading the past reviews.

Sooo. Slow. Painfully slow. It is almost like they moved so slowly just because they had nobody else in line and wanted to appear busy. The only positive experience I had was that the branch was located in Fred Meyer, so I didn’t have to take an extra trip to the grocery store.

Called in advance and requested if the branch could wait for me one minute past closing. (since every other cheese branch I go to regularly does that without anyone asking) They said they would go ask their supervisor who is named David and let me know if I could come. After their confirmation that I could I kept driving an additional 10 to 15 minutes to then only be denied coming in because they mixed up another person with me. Even after they spoke with me and open the door back up they did not allow me to come in and do the transactions I needed to.. missed a later obligation I had to only not get done an important transaction. I was just surprised that they wouldn’t honor their word When the only cost was a couple minutes of their time. Will go to a different branch in the future and know that they don’t have my best interest in mind

I'm really sorry to see anyone would have displeasure with this branch and Chase period. These folks are always super friendly helpful and caring, not only to me but I have seen them give the same kindness to other customers when I have been there. CHASE IS ALWAYS GOOD TO ME.

I have banked with Chase for over 10 years now and I have finally had enough! This company works hard to charge you overdraft fees as many times as possible. I am signed up for alerts to let me know if my account has become negative and they make sure to not alert you until they have charged you with a fee. Their mobile app will also tell you that something you purchased was taken out of your account then go back and charge an overdraft fee a few days later when the charge finally posts. They play bait and switch games where they try to make it seem like you have money in your account then suddenly you are charged $34 for insufficient funds. Their customer service team is based in another country and they are not helpful in any way when it comes to rectifying these situations. Please bank with an institution that actually has your back and does not try to rob you every chance they get.

I have been a great business customer for over 10 years and am now in the process of moving my money else where. Horrible customer service! I am just a number, no one cares that I am even leaving. I called customer support and they said someone would get back to me and nothing.....so....bye chase!

I used to have an account here but they "chased" me away to a credit union and I've been happy ever since! I always received great customer service from local staff here. The problem was with Chase corporate trying to charge me fees I can't afford these fees just to have a savings account .....super uncool!
