If you want children to be lied on by their teachers, then send them here. When parent asked to see video of what they said occurred, the front office staff refused, and said they would stand up for the teacher who was caught in the lie.
Mean spirited people here. Will never send my child to a place where I can’t even trust the teachers to be honest. Teacher was caught in a full blown lie and nothing happened. Stand up for your kids. Don’t believe everything the teacher says. Get all sides. And if they can’t show you video, well that says it all right there. They will protect the one who told lies, over innocent children.

Absolutely terrible if you value your kids getting their diaper changed in a timely manner to not go here crazy they can go longer than 2 months. Be careful making reviews in your actual name….

We took our two toddlers here and the staff was amazing. They communicated well through Procare with updates and pictures of our kids throughout the day which was appreciated. Overall, the staff went above and beyond in being warm and welcoming to our children every day. This is a really great daycare that I would recommend to anyone.

My kids have been going here for about 3 years absolutely, love them! Brooke and Melissa are the absolute best.I cannot begin to put into words. How much I love and appreciate them! Amber is also amazing and held very close to our hearts! I cannot begin to put into words how amazing everyone is and how I have formed a bond with almost every teacher that has come in contact with my boys. Best daycare I found around town and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a daycare to trust there children with!

This daycare deserves all the credit they can get. The staff truly care about the kids, and they go above and beyond to make sure the center is clean and ready to safely care for your kids.. Preschool kids spent all day here, so it is a constant struggle for sure. I have had 3 kids grow up through both centers starting as infants. Now they transport my school age kids to and from school.
They use Procare which is a great tool for us parents. I can see when my kids are checked in/out and by whom. It also shows me when they ate, napped, diaper changed, and all incidents with other kids etc.
There is so much training and policy regulations that the staff have to navigate, as well as emotional and educational support that they put in place on an individual basis with all kids. I am thankful for their dedication to early childhood development.

I love children village on Burton road. The staff is so amazing. They always let me know when something is going on with my kids. I’ve been taking my kids there since we moved here and I wouldn’t change it for nothing. They are awesome my kids loves them. They treat you like family and everyone is so friendly. They really do care for the kids like they’re their own. If anyone is looking for childcare I highly recommend them😊

I’ve had all 3 of my children here, and myself when I was young. I’ve never had an issue, they’ve always been respectful and open when I go there to pick up my kiddos. They work hard and make sure our kids are doing the best they can. We appreciate you guys and your hard work!

All 3 of my children attend this daycare, the staff is amazing and helpful at all times. The teachers are great, and my kids come home learning new things everyday. It’s a warming and welcoming feeling everytime you walk in and see their faces!

This daycare is disgusting specifically Caily in the toddler room, they make false reports and if you don’t fit the way they think you need to act or look they treat you and your child differently. This daycare cut my son’s hair and refused to show me the footage while still denying they did it. Most of the staff are great but the few bad apples ruined the whole bunch and quite frankly I’m disgusted by the way they run things here. So many issues if you want your kids sitting in dirty diapers for 5 plus hours send them here

I have worked as a nanny and twice in a daycare. I know what things to look out for in a daycare. My son has gone here for 3 years, and I have only had good experiences. Trust me, I’m picky, this was our 3rd daycare in one year. My son can be a little rambunctious, and this staff consistently corrects and redirects his behavior, and works so well with him. They are reliable, though they do take like one Monday off a month for professional development. (This is no problem to me, as a strong staff means better quality for my son). My son is the pickiest eater ever, but they serve him really great meals, stuff I don’t even think of sometimes so i know they broaden his horizons. They use an app to communicate what your child ate, what classroom they’re in/ if they’re outside, their bathroom breaks, and any incidents.

Everyone at Children's Village has gone above and beyond for my son. My son has an issue with eloping, and they did everything in their power to help correct the behavior, as well as keep him as safe as possible. They were able to get him the documentation he needed for more assistance within 24 hours, because they knew my son NEEDED it. Anytime I have ever reached out with a question, they have always gotten back to me right away. My son has down syndrome and was denied repeatedly by other facilities for 7 months because they could not accommodate him. Everyone from the teachers, admin staff, and directors have been so welcoming and helpful. Incredibly thankful to have found Children's Village.

Please, for those who need a huge daycare, don't go to look for a job and all the babies were crying and one named Misael was asking for a hug and the lady ignored him and moved sideways and they were all crying and she was scolding them.
