AMC CLASSIC Mill Plain 8 is a theater that has been around for over 10 years. While the sound system is good, the overall experience is lacking. The seats are in poor condition, with some being torn and peeling. The concession prices are also very high, with a large soda costing $9.50 and small ice cream dots and candy costing $6 and $7 respectively. The staff, however, is friendly, and the free popcorn and soda are appreciated. Despite the issues, the theater is still a popular choice for those desperate to see a movie, though an update is sorely needed.
Didn't know it was open? I found out when a friend invited me to the AMC 🎥 theater. The theater is huge, and now decorated for halloween 🎃 2026! Great customer service, love the seats 💺! Not cold inside like most theaters! Food is high in price. Clean place!

It actually smells like mold in the air you can smell it ever so slightly in certain areas. Also it wasn't really clean the floors were really gross and the seats seem like they were just pretty disgusting.
Staff was super cool though that's the only saving grace.

Great staff. Also nice to go to watch a movie while enjoying a grown up drink.
