Worst financial establishment I have ever used. I had just taken over a lease which is all I use them for. I have given them proof of insurance and set up auto withdrawal and that's it I should never even have to talk to them ever. shouldn't have ever been an issue. I keep getting double billed and they keep saying I haven't shown proof of insurance. I had my insurance company send fax and emails to show proof of no lapse of insurance. I have been in multiple times and the amount of incompetence is astounding. They added 5k to my loan recently and im still trying to deal with them. It shouldn't be so difficult for their allied insurance company to respond or figure it out.

I've been going to this location ever since I can remember (like as a kid). My whole family banks with CU. I wouldn't have it any other way, staff is always friendly and helpful with a smile on their face. I recommend them to everyone!

I've been with this credit union for several years and used to have nothing but positive things to say about m experiences. Something seems to have changed recently, at least as it pertains to remote access. The mobile check deposit has been a little frustrating in that you don't really know how long before the funds are accessible. Sometimes it's part of the deposit right away and the bulk of it the next day. Sometimes it takes at least 2 days. And recently I just got an arbitrary "funds not accessible until we look into it" type message with no reason for the random "you can't get your money". That took about 3 or 4 days. And now I went to do an external transfer and got a message saying "there is duplicate information on your account" and I was locked out of transferring any of my money externally and no way to even re-set it until I played the usual phone games with a long wait. Then I was told they don't know why this happened, even though the external account was set up years ago an I've made many transfers. In summary, if you value being able to remotely access YOUR money that THEY have in a timely fashion, there is a good chance you may not be able to do that. It's 2022 and I need access to MY money in a timely fashion and expect the technology to be in place to allow for that. I'm shopping for a new credit union now....
