I have bought many parts, had many phone calls and questions asked and answered, these guys are great and always willing to help. Part quality is also awesome, please have another sale soon, us canadians can use every bit of savings going through the border fees and exchange rate does pinch the wallet lol. Speed 3 2008 Parts bought- cst4, ecbs, hpfp fuel line, fuel pump internals, throttle body,meth throttle body spacer, exhaust manifold, s2 rear motor mount, 51r battery box, led interior kit, injectoer seals, divorced down pipe/ race pipe. everything is working great still, its been like 5 years owning some of these parts only issue so far has been the braided fuel line, It had a pin hole. but issue was resolved instantly and new line sent out, it busted again, they sent the 3rd line revised in black tubing but i decided to go back to the stock line for now. 100 percent will buy more parts soon.

I am seriously so impressed with the team over at Corksport! Whether it be the quality and care of their products, the r&d they invest in producing these top-tier products, the customer service they provide, or the packaging and prompt shipping. They excel in all areas! I don't know why I even act surprised when I'm opening a package I've received from Corksport, I should know by now that everything is going to be secured tightly and protected, but not only that, the presentation of their products when first opening the box just gets me excited! You can really tell they take great pride in their work and are appreciative to have you as a customer. If you aren't part of the 7th gear club, get on that, you won't regret it!

What a service!! Second to none. Prompt service I just installed the exhaust system from corksport!! What a great product!! My car sounds so good now it's unbelievable!! I recommend corksport for all Mazda 3 and Mazda CX 30 phenomenal product looks awesome easy install made a big difference I am so happy for all US and Canada I recommend you use corksport!! My first purchase from Corksport was over 10 years ago in 2013. Everything other than maintenance on my MS3 has basically been purchased from them, and I've always had a great experience. Most recently though I purchased their coilovers and had a local shop take care of the install. Unfortunately the shop made a mistake during the install and as a result, my ride quality was so unbearable that I thought something was broken with the new parts. After some chatting and back and forth with warranty specialist, Zach, and some input from Daniel on the engineering team, they identified the issue, gave me all the specific issues that needed to be resolved, and even volunteered to talk with the shop tech to help them out. This kind of service and thoughtful follow-up exists so few places these days and I cannot express how amazing it is to work with a company that actually cares and stands behind their products. It is absolutely the reason why I'll continue to use Corksport for hopefully the next 10 years as well. Thanks team!

5 star customer service! I keep coming back for the quality Mazda parts and supreme level of customer service only CorkSport supplies. I had an issue recently with an order I placed incorrectly. When I called them for assistance, Zach took excellent care of helping correct these issues while providing valuable insight into his personal experience with the parts I was purchasing as well as others I had my eye on. Especially appreciate the love for the 6!

I've been buying from CS for a few years now and have yet to encounter anything less than stellar service. High quality parts, fast shipping, 7th gear, treats, and a great group of supportive and passionate people (shoutouts to Chris). Recently bought the BBK and I CAN'T WAIT to install them. I will never order back with CorkSport! Zach Sprague is terrible for customer service! I don’t know how he is not fired At All. He was very rude and arrogant, put him in his place that he was rude not only over email to me and my boyfriend but over the phone too. Doesn’t care about anyone and is very unsympathetic even to a first time customer here. I was thinking of even getting stuff for my Mazda but just cause of him I’m not. He Needs to get fired if not more customers like myself you are going to lose… told me I have to have the billing information on my card go to the same shipping address but i said even if I am personally giving it as a gift to my boyfriend and I live in an apartment anyone can steal it and he in other words was saying who cares if it gets stolen but as long as the bank information of mine with the addresses adds up… and I said of course I care if it gets stolen! Thats a whole rent payment for this exhaust right there. Kept laughing and I said I don’t understand why your laughing this is not a laughing situation when I’m a first time customer and needed information more about this. I said I would like to speak with someone higher up. Never told me with their time zone they are in he just said he will call you at 1pm…never did. 1:00pm came I called the customer ext 2 for customer service Zach then blocked my phone number went right to the message box when I tried to. I then had to hit the first ext instead and a nice guy named Mateo was very understanding told me their in a different time zone and I said oh wow and Zach never told me that. Zach just is so unprofessional, get rid of him already I am going to report his behavior to the supervisor now. Thank you.

My impression of the support is that there is a low commitment to satisfaction after the sale. Especially when there is zero response to an email following a phone conversation discussing my concern that the part supplied created a troubling situation for me. Why suggest an email conversation then ignore it?! Proceed with caution, there are other sources which I recommend exploring.
