Costco Wholesale is a members-only warehouse that offers a wide variety of items, including bulk groceries, electronics, and more. The store is generally busy, with helpful and friendly staff members. The tire center, especially the staff member named Rey, provides excellent service, going above and beyond to assist customers. The customer service manager is also praised for being professional, patient, and helpful. The food court features automated ordering and self-pay, which some find less convenient, and many feel it has become less efficient over time. Prices at Costco have gradually increased over the years, leading to higher bills, though the items remain less expensive than at many other places. Parking spaces are narrower than at other locations, but overall, the shopping experience is positive. Despite some frustrations with rising prices and the food court, Costco is appreciated for its helpful staff and good service.
Saturday at noon. The whole parking lot is full and there is a line to get in. Madhouse! But, it's the punishment we endure to get the things we love at a decent price. But if you need gas, the lines are short because there are so many pumps.
