Not great costumer service. I had to explain what I needed three different times before the man helping me finally understood. Did not seem like they were actually interested in figuring out what I needed and actually helping me.

Don’t take your tires for rotation or inflate them, the worst is when you have a flat tire. Takes for ever to get it done, and on top of that the warranty doesn’t work.
Better to go to discount tire!!!

I showed up 15 minutes early for my balance/rotation appointment. I was told that my car would be ready in 60-90 minutes, which I thought was a long time (they didn’t look very busy) and they confirmed my mobile number and said they would call when it was ready. 1hour and 45 minutes later, I went back to check status of my car since I had not received any notification. Good news, my car was ready - not sure why we didn’t notify you. Okay.
After I drove a few miles, my TPM system advised me that my tires were all overinflated by 5psi (40 PSI vs the recommended 35psi). I was able to release the extra air when I got home. I noted that the paperwork and the window sticker both said the tires were inflated to 35 PSI.
Finally, about 2 hours after I got my car back, I received a text from the Costco Tire Center thanking me for having my car serviced and letting me know that it was now ready to be picked up.
Suffice to say, it is hard to have any confidence in the service I received given the numerous customer service issues that occurred.

Had an appointment scheduled and came a few minutes early just for my tire to be changed it took 2 hours for them to mount 3 wheels because they forgot about the fourth one and just stood there, and they forgot to put on some plastic covers so that added even more time. In conclusion I wouldn't recommend costco for tire installation.

I called the day prior and gave them all of the information; what kind of tires. Disposal, no spare rims, ect. They quoted me a price and told me to come first thing in the morning. Only for them to turn me away, after driving an hour, and say they can't do it on tires that weren't bought there even though I told them.

I went to Vancouver Cosco to get tires. I specifically ask for tires that will not effect my mileage for my hybrid. Service was great. They were busy, so I see why they had a little bit of attitude.Anyways. They got done with my car. My miles per gallon dropped 37 miles per gallon. A little over 10 miles per gallon loss. So I called the almost two weeks ago. They were suppose to call me back. I'm still waiting on a call.I love Cosco. I'm sorry to say. I'll never use this service again.

Great prices and speedy service for your car or truck. The technicians are courteous and expedite their careful work. I will be back after my new set of tires wear out!!

Instacart. This service is a big scam. Do not use it!! We received an offer to get $30 back on our first order from Costco. We ordered. Good deal 30% off. There were 2-3 texts from the driver about problems with order. We called instacart to wonder why we never received the $30 off. It was a Sunday, and they said there was a computer glitch, and we had to call back during the week to get a discount. I called back, and after 1 1/2 hour on the phone , I received nothing. It's very frustrating. Rose the supervisor, was no help. Call center in India, which did not help understanding. DO NOT USE. Thanks for letting me vent my frustrations.

Last month I went to Costco, not only once, but twice, and was unable to find parking, so I left. I spent over $400 one day and it was at someone else's grocery store. It's time for Costco to open the doors from 8 am to 10 am for seniors ONLY. I am thinking of NOT renewing my membership if Costco can't recognize there is a problem with this "banking hours" schedule resulting in their losing business. Also, you need to build another gas station across the street and carry Diesel at your East Vancouver facility. It there anyone at Costco headquarters paying attention to what's going on at their stores in Clark County?? Also, quit eating your hot dogs or sausages, whatever your calling them, they made me sick for the last time. Are you getting your pork from China?

Went for a tire repair. They fail to honor guarantees unless you maintain membership for the duration of the coverage. Not much of a guarantee, I guess.

My tire was losing pressure and I took it in. They claimed there was a nail in the sidewall and the tire couldn't be fixed. I took it to another tire shop. The nail was nowhere near the sidewall and they fixed it in 15 minutes for $20. Does that look like a sidewall to you?
