The work is good. But 2.5 hrs for mani/pedi felt really long being passed around to techs and walk ins being told 15-20 minute wait. Originally waited 20 minutes when I had an appointment. Then it took extra long with periods of 5-10 minutes lulls during service while they cycled in more clients.

This salon is unsanitary and unethical. They do not clean their tools or use new files for every customer per Washington state law. They also have nail technician who has warts on his hands, performing services without gloves, which is extremely contagious and unsanitary. They also tried to charge me extra fees For services that they didn’t let me know in advance would cost extra. Don’t bother making an appointment either as when you show up the nail tech is working on somebody else.

Love this place! They always remember me, even if I haven't been in for months. My dip polish doesn't chip, and lasts for at least 3wks. Many beautiful colors to choose from as well. I highly recommend! I also love having a complimentary glass of champagne while I'm there. Although, I wish it were a full glass like 10 nails bar does, instead of half of a glass. But, that's minor in the grand scheme of things. That's just me loving to be pampered during my manicure! Love this place regardless of how full my glass of champagne is! Cheers ladies!

These amazing ladies did my entire wedding parties (10 ladies!!) pedicures and manis before my wedding day. We had so much fun! We were all able to sit together and chat and relax before my big day. Now all the ladies come here for their fills and pedis 😍 It was the best day before wedding I could ever imagine! Everyone loved their nails and the great service we recieved. Tracy had snacks and mimosas ready for us. Thank you so much, Creative Nails ♥️

Honestly, I used to love this place, but I just went in asking to get regular polish and they told me that they could put regular polish on my nails, but they would still have to charge me for the gel polish. That literally doesn’t even make any sense. Why would I pay for gel polish if I’m not getting gel polish? What a rip off !!! Nail pro here I come 😌

Lisa Was super friendly and professional first time?I ever had a manicure because I chew my nails.She did not make me feel uncomfortable because of that.Also, the pedicure was great, super friendly and respectful.The atmosphere is great as well

They cut me and made me bleed, they also did a horrible 3D design on my sisters ring finger. The French tip was cricked. I also asked to have a butterfly on my ring finger but instead they put flowers. But on the other hand our pedicures were amazing!! I do not recommend getting a design but everything else was good.
