Worked with Kerry Greenwald and Nicolle Malivahn and I can definitely say they know their business. I suppose they should but the entire process of buying this house was nearly effortless on my part. They guided me through the entire endeavor with a few phone calls, texts, and emails. In addition, as a veteran, I had almost nothing to do with the VA home loan application!!! I provided some information and the approval was seamless. I can’t recommend Creekside enough.

Kerry and his team are great. They’re all very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind folks. By far the easiest mortgage closing process I’ve had out of the 3 homes I’ve purchased. They understood exactly what I needed throughout the process, had good ideas, and generally made sure we were taken care of. If you’re shopping for a VA mortgage broker, these guys are the whole package.

My husband and I went through refinancing our home through Creekside and Im so glad we did! I wish we knew about them when we bought our first house.
Story time: We originally went with a completely different company, we went through some serious stress being denied with the VA homeloan during underwritting because we weren't married. (I questioned it the whole time and we almost lost out on our house because of it)
Days after the VA denial and 2 extensions in already, we ended up getting quickly married on the same day we closed on our home. Talk about a full day...
I know for certain, if we had gone through Creekside mortage from the beginning we would have been taken care of!
We later were referred to Creekside and everyone we spoke to there were so professional, personable and always took the time to answer any questions I had as a new home owner and first time refinancing.
Thank you so much Creekside, my review is in reference to a refinance done late 2024 and I still think back at how awesome you guys are and looking forward to doing business in the future!

We had a lovely experience with Nicolle throughout our lending experience. At first she was someone we reached out to when we were shopping around and she continued to be available to us and helpful in our journey even when we were choosing a different lender. She made time for us to answer our questions and check different avenues for us throughout making us feel supported enough to switch lenders when it became appropriate.
She saw us through multiple attempts at buying land for a building loan and continued to be in our corner in that process when it was a stress point in our life.
When we finally found our current home she was extremely helpful in finding the best product for us while being very consistent in ensuring our interests were kept private from parties involved that didn’t need extraneous details. We felt like she kept our cards close to make sure we had the outcomes we needed and wanted.
Our experience was lovely and we highly recommend Nicolle Malivanh and the Kerry Greenwald team!

Creekside Mortgage was amazing! I called seeking generic re-fi information and was guided directly to ***** the owner. He took great time with me asking questions and explaining various scenarios. Over the next several weeks, he invested hours guiding me before he (or I!) ever knew I would move ahead on a loan. When I finally was ready to move ahead, I worked with ******* who was fabulous. Her customer service was exceptional: she was knowledgeable, personable, timely with spot on follow-through and was genuinely caring. Both ***** and ******* encouraged me to contact them directly anytime and had incredible turnaround. I cant imagine having gone through my very complex process with any other company. These guys are the best!

Creekside helped us close on a property in Vancouver, WA while we were located in Kansas. Jace and Chelsea were awesome to work with! They worked hard to get the best rate we could find on the market, and thoroughly explained the long-term costs and fees so that we could select the best option for our needs.Jace consistently provided quick and concise communication. About 3 years ago, I contacted Creekside Mortgage to see if I qualified for a mortgage. Unfortunately, at that time, I didn't. Despite this, Nicolle continued to follow up with me every couple of months for roughly 3 years until I was in a position to finally purchase a home. I'm tremendously appreciative toward her dedication to sticking with me, despite not qualifying originally. The customer service at Creekside has been exemplary. When I needed an offer letter, one of the Principal brokers drafted it up and emailed it to me on a Friday evening. Thank you very much for your top-notch customer service. You guys are outstanding.
