If your helping me, do NOT stop to see what person needs behinds me and start to help them and then answer everyone's questions. That's just rude and unprofessional!!!! I don't have all day for someone to help me. And this is why I'm taking my business elsewhere, so tired of the rude workers.

Absolutely awful. The lady who helped me with a lease on a phone didn’t mention I was going to be paying every two weeks for this phone and if she would have told me I would not have gotten it. It’s ridiculous that I had to pay almost 300$ a month for one phone. They need to learn how to give their customers all the information.

I was going to switch from metro to cricket and when I went in the store there was an old man that just bought his phone a week ago and it wasn't working. He was told he had 6 days to bring it back and he couldn't help him. He asked for a new phone or refund but was told repeatedly sorry there's nothing they could do. When I talked to the guy I gave him my phone and he told me I would have to figure out my account number and pin number before he could switch it because he forgot how to do it? Lol isn't that their job.
