Crista and Desirae were so helpful! They set up my whole family with new phones and our monthly plan is way cheaper than my last phone carrier. When I totally screwed up setting my phone, Desirae fixed it with no charge or judgement. I highly recommend Cricket.

Assistant manager Mario is incredible to work with. He works at two locations. He is patient, is a good listener and wonderful problem solver. Mario is intelligent and great with the Cricket software application, but he also is well spoken in general and well-versed in the phone usage. He has helped break things down for me to help me better understand my phone functionality. Thank you, Mario!!!

Hadassah Monroe Fixed a 4 and 1/2 year problem with my account that I can't even describe how many people before her haven't even been able to diagnose the problem let alone fix it. She is amazing and deserves a raise if for no other reason that pure unfiltered competency and dedication.

I always call to have hadasa talk me through different stuff on my phone. I used to go in all the time but she knows the phone so well now I usually just describe my issue and she helps me solve it as quick as she can. I've been to 3 different store working with her and she's the person I recommend to all of my friends. I stay with cricket because of her.

I've actually been to 2 locations and I gotta say you definitely treat customers amazing! I'm not tech smart at all but Hadassah is extremely patient ( I had the pleasure of her smiling face at the Andreson store and just recently the Mill Plain Store. ) Great job guys!! Hadassah..
