Weekday and week night front desk and training staff are kind and helpful. Evenings are a bit packed and some of the cardio equipment needs work but they're getting renovated soon. Compared to the other box gyms in the area, for me, this one rises above.

I started at crunch as a supplemental gym for holidays and late work days, but I have come to enjoy the selection of equipment and find myself closer and closer to full swapping. The staff are friendly and made signing up a breeze.

The showers are COLD and the mind numbing AI "music" is way too LOUD! Is this a gym or an after hours dance club? Gold's Gym may be my only hope.

I love crunch fitness it’s very clean facility. The staff is amazing my trainer. Marcus Woods is so knowledgeable and personable that it’s like working out with a friend!

Really great place to be working out, plenty of gym equipment so there's a variety, I think it's a pretty reasonable price compared to other gyms, and you have 3 different options for plans to choose from which is nice, I do wish all locations had saunas and all of the amenities though. But I signed up for peak results and the options to go to a bunch of classes has been really nice.

Hi, so far not impressed. It’s 6:01am, I have been in the parking lot waiting for staff to open up since 5:15am. There is no number to contact as staff directly.

They need to do research on how to create inclusive environments for people who identify as non-binary, gender non-conforming, and transgender. They don’t seem to have an understanding of the difference between sex (assigned sex at birth) and gender. When you sign in as a guest and work with personal trainer they ask about gender in a binary sense but then say sex when showing body scans. Their restrooms also reflect a binary view. I was fortunate to have a trainer that did their best to explain why it might have been set up that way, but it still doesn’t make it okay. There is specific language that should be used to create inclusivity not exclusively. This should be explained prior to getting a membership, especially if you are new to the whole gym experience.
