I love how welcoming crunch is compared to other gyms in Vancouver. Never feel uncomfortable or out of place. They welcome everyone. Ever since Reagan has started it has continued to improve. She is doing an amazing job. Thank you!!!

I love crunch! I’ve tried a few different gyms and I just love the vibe here! The Zumba class is always a fun time. Also the manager paetia is awesome! She always asking me if I need help with anything.

Absolutely terrible business set up to steal as much money as they can from you. I moved away from Vancouver and of course going through all the parts of moving I forgot to go in and cancel my membership. They kept taking money even though I called and emailed the establishment multiple times to explain my situation of not being able to cross the country just to cancel a gym membership. Had to resort block the transactions with my bank so they would stop stealing my money at which point they sent me to a collections agency because they kept charging me anyways for over 5 months. Just a disgusting money hungry corp who shouldn’t be trusted at all with your time or money.

I really enjoyed going here during the time I did but my opinion has changed since I have ended my membership.I had to move out of state in February due to personal reasons, and was unable to cancel my membership in person. I called Crunch and they said that I needed to mail them a signed letter in order to cancel since it could not be completed over the phone. I wrote and mailed the letter the same day, and requested that they email or text me when the cancellation was complete. I did not hear back from them after that and called every two days to receive some sort of feedback as I did not want to be charged the following month. I was told that the envelope was received and left unopened on the supervisors desk but that they would get to it soon. In late March I received a charge for the next month's membership fees. I immediately called and one of the front desk staff members helped me to cancel over the phone. I have been trying to get a refund since then and have had no luck with both managers. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is beyond me, and I work a client facing job as well. I am still trying to get a refund, we'll see if I have any success, but I cannot recommend enough finding a gym with a better reputation when it comes to cancellations. I am very disappointed.

Good price for basic exercise materials. People that go there are sketch, most of the workers are really cool people.

The place is very open To everybody, From beginners to experienced lifters. The staff is amazing and very friendly outgoing and very helpful. Depending on what time you going workout you'll find it is either dead or packed. I just wish that on the weekends they were open till midnight instead of Closing early. If there was one thing I could complain about it would be if they would enforce part of the dress code of having females not just walk around in sports bras. Call me old-fashioned or what not but I don't think it's appropriate.

Fun people, great atmosphere, plenty of cardio machines, and diverse resistance equipment.

Rhiannon, Kelly and Maren are AMAZING instructors. They are the only reason I have kept coming back to Crunch for 6.5 years. However, there have been some issues recently with Paetia complaining about small groups and HIIT classes. This causes unnecessary tension, distraction and liability to the instructor(s) that are trying to provide guidance and SAFETY to the members. I prefer my instructors sole focus be on me and my workout partners' safety and not on unwarranted complaints. Please feel free to look up my membership information which will have my phone number and give me a call. I'd be more than willing to talk about this matter more in depth. Thank you.

Paetia the Fitness manager needs to move on and stop harassing the HIIT instructors who are simply trying to do their jobs, and go above and beyond in their jobs to make HIIT classes the best classes they can. Our only complaint is Paetia who now keeps us constantly walking on eggshells and not able to just relax and enjoy exercising at HIIT classes which we pay extra as members to attend and which we revolve our entire lives around and have done so way longer than Paetia has been at Crunch. Paetia literally wants to validate her own existence by making our HIIT existence miserable. please let her move on and torture someone else's existence! Five stars if Paetia is out of the equation!

Pretty awesome gym. Got all the basics: cardio machines, muscle machines, free weights, and big open space for classes (yoga a few times a week is nice!)They also have a hydromassage, which, sometimes thats all I go in for because... reasons. And if you are into it, tanning booths... something about redlight?Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Had my trial day and checked this gym out. The equipment is ok but the gym is very underlit and the showers are cold, bro little hot water.. I may join this gym but it won’t be this location

It’s a nice gym if you’re on a budget. They have a really nice staff and they’re very welcoming and friendly which is always really nice. But if you’re planning on working out after 4:00pm good luck finding a machine to use. It’s very very crowded and busy. Most days I couldn’t even do everything I wanted. They’re also very limited on machines, 2 of everything at most, they break all the time and take forever to fix.And their barbell clamps don’t work well at all! My fiancé was using them and they weren’t holding the weights on the bar and the weights were sliding off! So be careful. But overall for the price I think you’re getting your moneys worth. I love the fact you can bring a guest too if you pay $30+ and have the option to tan is always nice, especially stand up tanning booths which I prefer.
