My family has used CVS in Hazel Dell for years. Tom, Debbie and Jo have always gone above and beyond to help us and they are all so kind. My heart always goes out to them when I see them running around because this is such a busy pharmacy.
I really want to send a huge thank you to all of them, the newer pharmacy Manager too. I’m sorry I haven’t learned his name yet.
My main reason for writing this today is that I want to especially thank Tom!! You are an amazing person doing a difficult job. You are so appreciated!!!!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This is a high volume store. I have been coming to this pharmacy for the last 10 years and they always do their best. For the last 3 months no waiting in line and my medication is always ready.

The Managing Pharmacist at the Hazel dell location has a complete unwavering bias against individuals that have Shedule 2 prescriptions filled there. He believes that his feelings are more important than what your doctor has provided you. I would never use a CVS pharmacy for my prescriptions after the discriminatory, borderline illegal refusal to fill a prescription, and pay out of pocket for that prescription because I didn’t want to wait for a prior authorization to be approved. Even though the prescription was from my doctor, he verified that it was a legitimate prescription by personally speaking with the doctors medical staff. Also, verified that I do and have taken this medication through the DEA medication tracking program. In addition refused to let me pay out of pocket for it. To then submit a request for reimbursement to my insurance. Because he did not feel comfortable! The whole time insinuating that it could be a fake prescription. Worst experience I have had in 25yrs of dealing with a medical condition.

This is a cookie cutter CVS. Pretty good but there's only one person that works at the counter so as long as you don't need help it's great.

The pharmacy team is patient and understanding. They did their best to correct the price of one of my medications because my insurance was playing games. They seem to be understaffed, and the lines for pickups can get long, but they work efficiently to make sure their customers get their prescriptions in a timely manner.

BEWARE! New policy of not answering the phone, told to leave a voicemail message, and calls never returned is not working. The Pharm Tech told us they forget to listen to voicemails. The service has never been great, but this is a dealbreaker. I have left 3 messages over 3 days and received no response.
So frustrated that my prescriptions just disappear out of the system.
CVS App has always been weak
and the online customer account is next to useless. Walgreens had better online customer accounts 20 years ago.

Received a vaccination here and the person who administered the vaccine injected it took high in my shoulder, giving me SIRVA. My shoulder has loss of range of motion and severe pain. How incompetent do you have to be to mess up a vaccination?

People are nice. Service is slow. Neither super impressed or super unimpressed by the pharmacy.

Under staffed. Never have medication ready on the provided time frame. Medication never in stock either. Always a long line,

I have little sympathy for this pharmacy. I was forced by my insurance to go to CVS, rather than my local pharmacy which was a thousand times better.
This pharmacy is swamped, you are in line for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Not to mention, I even apologized for asking for a refill on short notice, and got yelled at if I am the patient or provider over the phone ? Okay.
CVS, do better.

Poor customer service EVERY TIME. No matter when we go we have to wait forever. Communication is poor. Tonight they asked me to wait 30 minutes while they prepared my prescription. Returned 30 minutes later to be told that they didn’t even have any of the medication in stock. That would have been nice to know before I wasted my time. Thankfully Vancouver Clinic quickly moved my prescription to another pharmacy so I can get the medication that I need.

This CVS store is Absolutely the worst pharmacist I’ve EVER dealt with in my 33 plus year’s of using CVS. The waits here are on avg 20mins but mostly 50 plus minutes with 12-16 people in line with usually 1 very rude receptionist!! The pharmacists and receptionists are extremely Rude and very busy!!
I came to Washington a little over 2 year’s ago and have been very frustrated with dealing with CVS in Hazel Dale!!! I never had the long waits or issues in California! My experience has led me to believe they’re Extremely understaffed, overworked, frustrated and overwhelmed!!
They could have everyone trained on customer service and business skills!!
I know I’m not alone since you can see that they hey get more 1 ratings then high ratings!! Take a look at your business and see if it really works because I believe not!! I travel 27 miles 1 way to meds just to be met with hostility, anger, and incompetence! I have since moved my Business to Sav-ons in battle ground at Albertsons. They’re a Caremark affiliate and let me tell you night and day compared to Hazel Dale CVS..
The pharmacist and receptionist are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY,kind, promt and efficient!!
