I just started using this location for my prescription and seeing the reviews I was scared I would have a difficult time. I ended up having a five star experience. Not only did I get my prescription filled on time, the pharmacist was very nice. She even made sure I knew about the point awards system. Hopefully I continue to get the same great service I got today.

This pharmacy is so bad. Because of their actions, I was almost without insulin for 24 hours as a type 1 diabetic. I live in Spokane but was visiting Vancouver, so I called CVS customer service line to make sure my prescription could be refilled in Vancouver and they said it could. So I went into the pharmacy, only to be told that they actually need my doctor to refill the prescription. I told them I needed the prescription that night, so I’d call my doctor right then to get it filled. They said okay. So I call my doctor, she sends in the refill, I get back in the pharmacy line. I talk to the same pharmacy tech not even 15 minutes later, and he tells me they’re actually closing early and can’t refill my prescription tonight. Nowhere was it posted that they were closing early, nor did he tell me that when I was JUST talking to him about calling my doctor so I could get my prescription that night. He tells me to go to the hazel dell cvs and they can fill my prescription. I confirm this with him three times, he insists. So I drive straight to the hazel dell CVS. When I get there, they tell me that the Mill Plain cvs has started processing my prescription and they can’t access it. The only reason I got my prescription that night was because the pharmacist at hazel dell spent two hours calling people at the mill plain cvs until he could get a hold of someone to move the prescription through. Now, the mill plain on cvs keeps trying to take over my prescriptions in Spokane — prescriptions I have never filled at the mill plain location. And because the mill plain location is impossible to get a hold of, I just have to call my pharmacy in Spokane every time this happens and have them re-take it over. Avoid this pharmacy on mill plain at all costs. Literally, you’d be better off driving 30 minutes out of your way than going here. They are incompetent and they don’t seem to care at all about the health of the people they’re serving.

Had to call multiple times to get rx filled. Doses were missed. Rude, unorganized and unprofessional.

CVS pharmacy misses the boat, can’t fill a prescription for me because they have to order it when I asked for the medicine more than a week prior so when the authorization finally comes through I can’t pick it up because they have to order it and now it will take another 3 days to get. I am thinking about changing pharmacies. This is ridiculous.

For once I arrived and there was not a line. However, maintaining a long standing tradition of awfulness it took 5 minutes for anyone to notice I was there. Why didn't I just announce myself you may ask? Because after several interactions with the terrible staff I find it best to keep my mouth shut about anything but the transaction at hand. This location always makes it clear that all customers are an inconvenience, I've literally seen them yell at an elderly man calmly expressing frustration that his medication wasn't ready despite his notification that it was and waiting in the usual 15-30 minute line.

This pharmacy is god awful, the wait times are way beyond acceptable. There is never more than one person around to help check out people.

I moved here 2 years ago and all my kids need medication on a regular basis. The workers here have always gone above and beyond to make sure all our medications are filled on time and if ever there is a problem I work with them to get it done. This is a great pharmacy and I'll continue to use it thanks to their customer service.

Always there to assist and help with getting best prices. With medical insurance as it is today, they do the best they are allowed

I just picked up my medication and the clerk lady (older lady, white hair) was rude, poor customer service skills, she seemed upset. I understand that there was a long line but some CVS employees might need more training, lack of empathy.

My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy and when I called to rectify the issue the woman on the phone was exasperated and rude. I understand being tired but being short and condescending with people trying to access their medicine is unacceptable.
