Dans Inferior Service. Similar to several other reviews scheduled a month in advance only to have him ghost us the day of, when I hired someone to be there all day. Dont waste your time on this guy apparently this is a routine experience for his customers. I am letting Viking know as well he should not be representing their brand with such inferior service. Only wish google would allow zero stars.

did not show for a scheduled appointment. i was home for hours and made time out of a busy schedule to be present for the repair. he did not answer the phone neither did his wife. very unprofessional and not considerate of peoples time. be warned: do not call this business for your repair/service.

My home warranty had an original repair guy come out to fix my fridge but was unable to and my food had to be juggled into ice boxes for several days. Then my warranty had Dan come out and I wish they had him come out first. He was able to diagnose the issue and get the parts and fix it fast. Very professional and now that I have another issue with my fridge, Will see if he can work his magic again.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I sadly have to echo others comments here. Extremely poor follow through on promises. We initially had a good experience and Dan knows his Viking products and made a good repair and was a nice guy. However we needed an additional part and it's been a year of waiting. I would call and be told oh it's on back order and then silence. We understood Covid part delays etc but no excuse for the part not to have arrived now. Then you call again and the lady says oh let me check and I will call you tomorrow and never does. Voicemails go unanswered. So we will have to find an alternate company who can service Viking as it's clear we will never hear back. Maybe they pick and choose the work they do and our remaining repair isn't worth it for them but would have been nice to have been told that months ago instead of being strung along.

Searched everywhere for someone who could repair a viking range, and finally was recommended to call Dan from the parts company. Even though he is 2 hours from me, he came by on a Saturday in between other jobs and helped me fix what would normally have been close to $1000 in new igniters, and two trips. You could tell Dan really knew his stuff and was also willing to walk through and show me some of the tricks of the trade including using an unused circuit on the igniter which saved me having to buy a new one, and adjusting the spark (things?) so that they lit on the first or second try instead of the 200th. Thanks again!

I scheduled with Dan to have our Viking range serviced for a 9am service call. The morning of, he didnt show, so I called and left a message verifying the appointment. His scheduler called me back an hour later to let me know he was running slightly behind because he slept in. I let her know a call ahead would have been appreciated as I had to rearrange my own schedule to accommodate. She confirmed my appointment was set for 9 and he'd be here around 10:30. Dan called at 10:40 to let me know he was 15 minutes out. I let him know I'd appreciate a discount given the time waisted that I waited for him. He explained he wasn't late because they give customers a window of time they'll be there of 3 hours. I let him know that his scheduler isn't telling customers that so I wasnt aware and that would have been helpful. He then said see ya soon and hung up on me. I went ahead and cancelled my service with them as it did not seem to be a good experience with a high end Viking repair company as far as customer service. Not sure how his work is, but there is a total disrespect for customers time and very little responsibility taken for wasting it.

Dan did a recall repair on my Viking fridge. Everything went smoothly. Dan definitely knows these fridges inside out, and he is a super nice guy to chat with.
