We had a dodgeball do over literally. We bought a lovely red dodge van but it just wasn't right for me so 3 days later we exchanged it for a silver Toyota Sienna that is just right. We got taken care of through out both purchases with excellent caring staff in all departments it was a relief because I H A T E. Buying cars. I was not stressed about the purchase of the first or second van. My husband and I are both handicapped and are in need of help with our car accessibility so truly we never felt like we were in danger of not getting what worked best for us. So take it from a difficult shopper, this is the ONLY place I will buy my vehicles from now on!!

Terrible terrible service. No response from service underwriters. Do not buy a car from this dealer. It seems the service department does not get along with the sales department. Believe in nice? Honda products have gone down in quality. It's too bad.

We went here to buy a car and they were pushy, arrogant, and difficult to work with. They did not seem honest at all, and to finish the purchase they use tactics to give them a good rating or drag out the process even more. I wouldn't go back here to buy a car!

Bought a 2023 Civic Touring Sport. 5 stars, no issues. 2 weeks after purchasing I decided to get window visors. 280$ and 2 days later, I had them and I installed them. Thought it odd that after installing the visors there's only a minimal amount of chrome trim left since the visors cover the rest. 2 weeks after that I was at Honda of Fife and noticed their chrome trimmed cars had chrome trimmed visors. Looked more into it and sure enough, I was given a set for the black trimmed civics. I was never asked about the option and since I bought my car from them and they have it on file you'd think they would know what parts I need or ask if there is a difference. Nope. None of that. When I called and asked why I was given the wrong part the reply was insufficient. Started with "the employee that sold you them no longer works here so you need to just buy the new set and remove the wrong ones you installed" to "we'll give you 30$ off a new set, but you still need to deal with the removal of the installed set." After reiterating how much BS this is, the supervisor Micheal finally agreed to replace the visors for free, but not the hardware. Even though the installation manual states hardware cannot be removed or reused. So... they said they'd have em in a couple days. I wait a week and a half then finally call asking where the parts are... No one ordered them. There's nothing there and there is no order in the system. Can I speak to Micheal? Nope. He's on vacation... no notes or anything left referencing the issue. Keep up the great work!

Horrible hold experience over the phone. Two different voices keep coming on saying thank you for waiting and calling, making you think a real person has answered, when in fact it's just the recording, again. The wait time given by your automated system was also completely wrong. Has anyone in your office actually tested the holding experience someone calling you goes through?

Worst experience at the normally not horrible dealers service center.A couple of issues, the service rep Austin was cold and not friendly at all. He never went over what was to be done other than to confirm an oil change and tire rotation, but never presented the costs me upfront. When I scheduled via online via their website it let me select a Lyft ride home but when I asked for that from Austin, he said they don't do that for oil changes, which would have been nice to know before hand. Then there was the issue of the $49.99 coupon I had received, the disallowed it because apparently the coupons you get in the mail are vehicle specific, and that one was tied to my Honda truck, not our Honda Insight. Some other gal came to get me to check me out, and when I asked about why the discount was only $41 instead of the $49 as shown on the coupon she had to go talk to Austin about it. She came back and was going to make the adjustment but then Austin came back over and told her to leave it as is and pointed out that the coupon was specific to my truck and it was just out of his "kindness" that he took the $41 dollars off the bill.Add on top of all that, they made me sign a waiver because they said that the tires were unsafe to drive on, having measured only 3/32.After leaving Dick Hannah Honda as unhappy as I have ever been with them, I took the Insight over to Les Schwab and had them look at the tires. Now bear in mind, both companies are in the business of selling tires and other services, but Les Schwab technician said the tire probably still had another 15,000 miles to go on them and were perfectly safe to drive for at least that.Shame on Dick Hannah for such a horrible business practice. Not sure I will be taking any of my vehicles back to them or any of their dealerships again (also have a Kia from them).Silly that they should lose a lifetimes worth of business over $8.

If I could give 0 stars then I totally would. We have been trying to find a car and decided on a new CRV hybrid. We called on a Friday and was told they had the car we were looking for in the right color but we would need to wait until Monday to see if because it came off a truck and needed to be cleaned. We were willing to wait and went back Monday eager to see the car. We were greeted by our sales person named David. When we arrived he had no idea what we were talking about and the car was not ready for us. He took us to the back lot to see the car and there were 2 there. We leaned that at least one of them were available and we went back inside to talk price. The sales person was never willing to double check that the car was available and was easily flustered so we were transferred to another sales person named Joey Burns. Initially Joey was helpful but we decided to take some time to think about the car and the price as it was still more than we were willing to pay. About an hour after leaving, Joey texted us and said the car was still available and they were willing to meet our price point. We arrived and were pushed into signing paperwork. We were unwilling to sign until we saw the car. The car was pulled up and it was the wrong color. They argued and said it was the color we agreed on and we said no. Joey went to talk with our initial sales person and apologized but went to get what was supposed to be the right color. They played it off like it was until my husband got out there and said it was still not the right color despite them saying it was. We quickly realized we were in a bait and switch situation...so it's good we were paying attention. They told us the car we wanted sold while we were on lunch and played it off like they didn't know it was truly what we wanted. So we walked away. And we won't ever return. Be careful if you shop there. Know what your looking for and be prepared for them to bait and switch.

This is a review about making an appointment for a simple regular service. I showed up @ 10 am for a scheduled, routine B1 service. Still here at 1:00 My oil change took me 9:30-1:30 FOUR HOURS. So my oil change cost me over double due to time missed from work. This service center needs someone dedicated to getting peoples cars back to them in a timely manner.

I was so happy to have jerry reynolds as my CSR. his kindness, hardwork, clear communication; returning phone calls in a timely fashion, and answering all my questions with realistic, educated answers WHILE Finically helping me navigate my budget on what my vehicle NEEDED, professionally defending why parts are priced and what HE could do to be more cost effective, by taking it upon himself to look up my warranty and disputing any issues. He always remained calm, understanding and over all positive, even though the company appeared very busy.

I was hoping for a better experience as it was my first time buying a car, but it proved that sales people really don't care about you and only want you to put a pen to paper. The initial person I spoke to promised to move the car from another dealership for me to make a sale for it the following day to which I agreed and waited until the next morning only to find out a deal was being made for just THAT car I had requested and was supposed to be held for me. Other than that, asking them for any kind of negotiation on a vehicle seems to put them in a hornets nest kind of mood and they treat you like trash. We had been left in the lobby for almost 3 hours, talking to multiple people about different prices. We got to an agreement eventually but nothing was easy or happy about it. The icing on the cake is the smug finance manager who was extremely condescending to me and my family after the exhausting amount of time we had spent on the sales floor, he embarrassed us in front of our child. On top of all this, the car I purchased is still being serviced by their team so I can drive it with peace of mind. If I could, I would give them: -100/10 customer service 0/10 professionalism GO TO ANOTHER DEALER!!

Update 7-28-22 Still trying to get the license plates for our New Honda Accord we purchased back on 4-16-22 as we have not got them yet! Today we received a letter from DMV saying the type of plate was not selected on the form so now I need to try to call DMV or send it by mail my selection which again should have been done already!!!! I will never walk in to Dick Hannah dealership ever again and will absolutely not recommend them to anyone ever!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen and I have been in sales for over 30 years and would never treat my customers like this!!!! One star is absolutely not valid here at all more like -4 stars would be more like it!!!

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND THEIR SERVICE CENTER...I booked an appointment to have both our cars serviced this Saturday a week in advance,1 at 7:am and 1 at 7:15am they ask if I was going to wait and I said yes we have other appointments later that morning and they said no problem we would be the first... worst experience ever.. We arrived as one of the first this morning waiting for the bay doors to open at 7:am. All the bay doors opened but the one I was at they said it was stuck so they pulled all the other cars in ahead of us and when they finally came over to get my information they said they could not find any appointment for one of my cars. I showed them the 2 emails for both cars they sent me confirming my appointments but instead of getting us right in they proceed to write me up as if I had no appointment at all... and then said it would take them 2-4 hours to complete our service that there was a number of cars now in front of us. What was most upsetting was her attitude about the whole situation, basically it was a your problem not my problem and really she did not want to deal with it. When she ask if we still wanted to continue I said no we did not have 2-4 hours to wait she seem relieved and said in a very relived manner ok and walked away... What ever happened to courtesy and helpfulness we sure did not find that here, no apology or let me take care of this for you, or let us make this right... truly the worst experience possible

I was car shopping for a CRV and calling around to several Honda dealerships. The sales associate, Lil Ben, that took my call at Dick Hannah was by far the most disrespectful and aggressive sales person I talked to. Over the phone alone he attempted sleazy sales tactics to get me to go down to Dick Hannah asap and to not consider the other dealerships. Kinda to be expected, but it was the follow up emails that made me not even visit in person. He signed me up for an appointment to go down there despite me saying no and that I wasn't sure I was gonna choose them since I haven't finished calling around. The emails from Dick Hannah went to my spam folder so I didn't realize he setup an appointment until later in the evening when I had already missed it. I also found a follow up email from Lil Ben being passive aggressive about the missed appointment. Then another follow up email about me being a "hassle". I'm glad I didn't go down there to meet Lil Ben in person. If he treats customers this way over the phone and email, I can't imagine what kind of high pressure sales tactics he would use in person. The other Honda dealerships around and within Portland were much nicer to deal with. I recommend staying far away from Dick Hannah Honda if you don't want to be bullied into buying a car. Update: Several other sales people from this dealership have attempted to contact me about the CRVs on the lot despite me telling them that I already purchased a car from a different dealership. I replied STOP to their text msg as well and they are not honoring my request to no longer be contacted. I highly advise people to avoid this dealership. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and persistence from a car dealership before. Once someone purchases a car or tells you they no longer wish to do business with you, leave them alone!
