Dear Discount Tire Team,
I hope this message helps bring some awareness and consideration to how urgent a flat tire situation can be for your customers.
This morning, I arrived at your shop at 9:51 AM to fix a simple flat tire. To my surprise, I was told the repair wouldn’t be completed until 1:00 PM. While I understand that shops get busy, I’ve been to other tire shops where a flat tire repair takes less than 20 minutes.
A flat tire isn’t just an inconvenience it can be an emergency that impacts a person’s safety and schedule. For many of us, our car is the only form of transportation we have. Delays like this can mean missing a doctor’s appointment, being late to work, or letting down a child who has a soccer game.
I truly hope your team considers prioritizing flat tire repairs more efficiently in the future, especially when customers clearly express the urgency of the situation. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Outstanding customer service. I have a vintage vehicle that requires tires that are not so common. I called them three times in the morning trying to locate tires and compare prices with other vendors. Im thankful Sam, Shaun, and Alex were patient with me on the phone.
I went to the shop to get my tires and was greeted by David. He inspected my vehicle and discovered i had the wrong size tire on my vehicle which raised a safety concern. Thankfully they had the correct tires for my vehicle and so i agreed to purchase of course. David informed me when it would be ready so i went to a local book store. They installed all four tires way before my scheduled pickup time.

I bought both sets of tires for my truck and car from these guys at this company. They are very soft-spoken, professional, thorough and make good suggestions about if it's time to take care of your windshield wipers or other things. I really like this company. Today I took my car and truck in and ask to have locking lug nuts put on both vehicles they got me in and out quickly which really was amazing since it's incredibly hot out today. Cheerful and helpful and professional. Great company to do business with.
