I was told it would take between 45 minutes and one hour to complete the service and in fact it only took about 20 minutes. I barely had time to sit and get comfortable!
I can’t rave enough about the quality of the customer service I have been receiving at this location for at least a dozen years. I keep telling them that I wish everyone did business like Dicount Tire.

Always easy to make an appointment. Well-staffed. Good selection. Explains everything to you. Today’s visit I needed a lug nut and the guy had one, complementary.

These guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and despite being busy, they worked hard on getting everyone taken care of much quicker than other places I've been to. I got a decent price for four tires and they finished in under an hour.

I had to replace all four tires, and honestly, it was a bit stressful. But Jarret, the staff member who helped me, explained everything clearly and walked me through all the options. He really took the time to understand my situation and made sure I felt confident leaving my car with them. It’s a place that truly cares about their customers and earns your trust.

Update: I am updating my review because discount tire has been really helpful finding a solution and their staff has been super easy to talk to. The situation was less than ideal, but I appreciate the help they have given me.
Normally I love discount tire but they put me in a bit of a predicament today as I went there to have my tires rotated since I recently had a shoulder surgery and can't do it myself. They thought the wheel center caps were pop ons (which they aren't) and they hit it with a mallet from behind. The problem is bolts are used to hold those caps on and by hitting it from behind they broke the mounts that the bolts utilize. And they did this to 3 of the 4 caps. On top of it the company changed their powder coat colors and no longer produce replacement caps for my wheel color combination. This is very frustrating and requiring a very hacky approach to try to salvage this. I was hoping to sell these wheels in the near future and this will definitely bring down the value. In this case they just wanted to replace the caps even though i kept saying that wasn't possible.

I like going to this store off 192nd. It's a nice drive from my house to it plus the staff are friendly and service is quick. Store is clean too.

Scheduled an appt for tire rotation on a Saturday afternoon and they were right on time. Casey was my service rep and was very pleasant and accommodating. I am impressed with the overall experience and will definitely buy my auto equipment there in the future.

Circular marks on rims after tire replacement being done here. Also damages around nuts/mount holes. I would suggest to be careful here and make sure you'll photo/check you rims before and after you do tires change. Really mixed feelings about this place, since folks are nice and friendly ;(
Update:
The store manager reached out to me and apologized for the mishap. I do believe it's really good customer service and hope it won't happen when I try to change tires next time ;)

In a world that's seems to have lost it's customer service Mojo. Discount Tire is a throwback to better times great customer service and employees that hustle and do good work in the shop. Business the way it should be where customer service and pride in work matter. A job well done.
