From the time I contacted you through the resolution of our repair (water damage in our bathroom from a roof leak), you were there the whole way with timely updates, prompt responses to questions, etc. Your group is professional, thorough, and most importantly you CARE about your clients. Exhibit A: When my insurance company initially balked at covering the claim, your team member (Joe B.) stepped in to negotiate with the insurance company and he was able to obtain claim coverage on my behalf. It's refreshing to work with a company that recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction. Aris came by and did a thorough inspection of the water intrusion to our attic. He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the situation to us. This is our second time working with Dry Time and we’re very pleased with their service.

There is nothing worst the coming home after work and seeing water spots on the ceilings. I based my choice solely off what their google review rating was and I’m glad I chose Drytime. From my initial panicked call talking to Ben? (the owner) who did a very good job of helping me stay calm and being very reassuring of the whole situation. Then the dispatcher who called and was so kinda. To finally the best part Ricky showing up in 15 minutes. He was amazing, he walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Took lots of pictures, was very thorough. He spent a good 2 hours (830pm-1030pm!!!) going over everything, setting up dehumidifiers, taping the walls off. He also walked me through the process getting an insurance claimed filed. And he was beyond kind, he kept the small talk going which really helps when your mind is racing with every senerio, and by the time he left I didn’t feel panicked or overwhelmed anymore. I am very grateful and so glad I found them.

These guys were amazing! Superior service, on- time, professional and a joy to work with. My crawlspace was really flooded and they went the extra mile to de-water, dry, lay new vapor barrier down and verify moisture levels were normal on support posts. They returned several times during the drying process to check on progress. They always called ahead with an ETA. Thank You Corey, Josh, Di'Anthony and Aris!! My crawlspace feels loved again.

DryTime was fantastic to work with! They came right away, and every day after that to ensure my home was efficiently dried out after a pipe broke. The damage was extensive, and they did a great job at finding all areas of the home that were affected and communicating their recommendations to me at every turn. They had excellent communication, always giving me a heads up when they were on their way over and any updates after checking on my home. I felt that I was in good hands the entire time. Nate was my project manager, and he was awesome to work with! Great communication and everyone on his team was super nice and respectful. Thank you, DryTime!!!

Drytime has been more than amazing!!! Aris and Ricky have helped educate us, been great with communication and all of their guys that have come out to check on equipment have been respectful and kind. I am so impressed with their knowledge, customer service and responsiveness! Hope I don’t have to hire a restoration company again haha but if I do it will 1000% be Drytime! Thank you!

Wow. Nate just wrapped up a visit to assess the damage to my home and couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and (one more time) so helpful! I can’t express how much he put my mind at ease about the process we’re going to go through. I feel like a have a true partner on my side to deal with all the damage. I highly recommend Dry Time!

We are extremely satisfied with Drytime. Everyone is professional and polite. We had a hot water pipe leak on Friday. They came right after the plumber left on Friday night and walk me through the insurance process. It is super helpful. The demolition is done cleanly with consideration for reconstruction. Highly recommended.

I'd like to start out by saying that I rarely write reviews for services. In this case, I felt compelled to give a big shout-out to Nate Bower from Dry Time.
I had a very stressful experience with a pipe bursting on a weekend. Nate came over to inspect the damage and explain the cleanup process.
He was both friendly and professional. He thoroughly examined the damage and gave me his opinion on how best to fix the problem.
He worked with me to come up with a fix within my price range. I felt like he was honest and on my side. He was not hurried and addressed all my concerns and questions. He also gave me his personal phone number in the event I needed further info. (which I did). He was very communicative and responded quickly.
I felt like Nate went "above and beyond" in order to make me feel at ease with the process.
I appreciate his superior service and know others would too!

Dry time where the ones to help me in the worst time when I had a leak. Andrew, Micah, and Patrick were great to work with the entire project. They came in to do a demo on my apartment and they were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. In an emergency situation that is the least I could ask for. I would reccomend to anyone wanting a professional and knowledgeable crew to take care of any demo or restoration needs.
